“I took my 2010 Lexus RX350 to ProCare based upon a reference from a friend I have known for over 35 years. My car has been in my family since new, has over 190,000 miles, and had developed an issue with the transmission that required a replacement, which is major work to say the least.
All of my conversations with Jeff and Bobby were very professional and forthright. The cost was substantial, yet certainly fair and reasonable considering the complexity of the task. The work was conscientious, detailed, and thorough as I have some personal experience doing this work on other of my cars that are not as complex as my RX350.
I have already recommended to my two sons to take their Lexus’, Hondas, Toyotas, and Mazdas here for their service. This is certainly the place to go for service for those makes of cars!”

“Interstate Tire is hands down the very best tire shop in the region bar none! They provide excellent service in all facets of their business including tire replacement, tire repair, brake pad & rotor replacement and front & rear alignments. Their prices on tires cannot be beaten - period! The only downside to Interstate are the length if time you end up having to wait when you decide to stay with your vehicle rather than dropping it off. However, those wait times are because they are so damned busy, which is a true testament to how damed good they are at what they do! I've been going to them for more than 10 years and will NEVER go anywhere else for tires - full stop!”

“Rick and his team have worked on 4 different cars of ours over the last 15 years. I have complete trust in the work they performed for me. I believe they provide honest and thorough diagnosis and repairs. My most recent issue was a transmission slippage while on the highway. While the onboard computer showed no issues, they researched Acura documentation and found a technical bulletin advising a software update may be required for my car. It worked!! Thanks to Rick and team!”

“I have been going to Lockett’s for a couple of years doing some major maintenance (100k tune up) and other standard car maintenance and brakes. Always honest and they stand by their work. Recently had a water pump replaced as it was going bad. After bringing the car home, there was a coolant leak near the repair. An o-ring caused it and Lockett fixed it immediately. Things like this happen and it’s the overall integrity that’s important.

This man is professional yet also personable, patient and kind. He goes out of his way to accommodate you, and makes difficult car situations so much less stressful. I called around 9am, asking if he could squeeze in a state inspection for a car we were coming into town to test-drive. We were coming from Frederick and wanted to have the car inspected and looked over before purchasing. Not only did he squeeze us in, he was able to do so earlier than anticipated. Serge was friendly and agreed to look over the car in general and let us know if he would recommend for purchase, apart from the inspection. He went above and beyond by telling us several things that we would never have known if we had not brought it to him, both good and bad. He did not charge us extra for this personal assessment and even advised us how much to offer on the car we wanted to purchase. Furthermore, this man is PATIENT. I called him back no fewer than 5 times within the hour to ask questions re: tag and title, state inspection report and other things and he remained kind and helpful. Thank you, Serge, for treating us like family and helping us to make a big decision. We are so thankful to have found your shop!”

“Caught a flat tire this morning on the highway on my way to work. Called roadside and requested a tow since i didnt have a spare tire. E W auto shop was one of the options of where i could get my car towed to. I immediately went on google because this place is close to my job and most places around this area look shady. Im glad i looked at the reviews because it made it easy to choose this place. Everyone talked about how good Walter is and baybe they not lying. He was professional, communicated, and very polite. My day strted off hectic but they made it better and i didnt have to break my pockets??i have a mechanic but i will definitely be coming back. Thank you.”
