“I was having a plumbing problem and neither Lowe's or Home Depot had the parts I needed to fix the issue. Had resigned myself to calling an expensive plumber out. Someone recommended to check Ferguson plumbing supply and I'm grateful they did. Received excellent customer service from the knowledgeable staff member. I showed him the broken piece of pipe and explained the issue. He immediately got me the two parts I needed and was on my way. Fixed issue perfectly. Big thanks to that man!”

The appliances are still working great. The people that own the business are wonderfully nice. Very helpful, and very kind.”

“This goes for the consumer plumbing supply side of the business - My business partner (female) and I have dealt with these guys on a few occasions as walk-in customers with a wide range of questions regarding our rental properties, some off the wall, some pretty vanilla. Never once did any of the CSR`s treat her or me with any type of condescending attitudes or tones, despite what our level of knowledge in the discussion was.My partner can attest to the treatment woman can, and often do receive at these types of supply shops which service male dominated trades. But these guys listened to everything we had to say and made sure we understood all the jargon and acronyms we wouldn't be expected to know.I went in to order a pressure assisted toilet, the CSR told me why he avoids them, but once he saw I was interested only in a commode that would scare the hell out of guests even they used it, worked with me to find the best value.Don't hesitate to use these guys, ever. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and I'm pretty sure not paid in commission based on my experiences, but if they are, has some pretty legit ethics!”

He not only verified the product was on site, but looked up its exact location, and then Tim and Da'amio spent the necessary time to get equipment and pallets to bring it to where we were waiting.We very much appreciate the Best in Customer Service at our Annapolis Home Depot. You rock!I should add that we'd ordered something online from a different HD location. It was cancelled a few hours after ordering. Hubby thought we should give Annapolis a try. He was so right! “I was searching for a bolt. When I entered I stopped at Customer Service. The lady escorted me to the expert (Yes, expert.) He searched with me and showed me the name and the dimensions and checked another local store to assure me they had the bolt in stock. He borrowed my phone to get a good pic of the bin codes and the bolt. I got my bolt at the other store from the expert there (Yes, expert.) I am a fan of Home Depot.”

“I decided to shop at the Home Deport on Ordinance Road in Glen Burnie after having a bad experience at a different location. My experience was different as night and day. John went out of his way to look for a vacuum I had researched online. He found it and delivered it to my destination in a cart with a big smile. Tiffany was very pleasant when I checked out. The boy in the lot offered to load my car and take may cart. The store was much cleaner and more organized.”

“Our buying experience with Affordable Outdoor Kitchens (AOK) was nothing short of perfect! Please let me explain:Our journey began with Brian asking questions to determine our goals for an outdoor kitchen. It was more about how we wanted to entertain, the foods we liked, and the space we had available, than the appliances to sell us. Next, he created floorplan and showed us how the different appliance and storage options would fit into the area. After many, many discussions, we narrowed it down to appliances and storage that would give us the best outdoor kitchen experience for the space and budget we had to work with. And just to be sure we were buying the right cooking appliances; Brian invited us to store and gave us a cooking demonstration with those same appliances. We were hooked! We made the purchase, he ordered our items, and he gave us a blueprint of our outdoor kitchen design to give to our builder. When our items came in, AOK stored them until our builder was ready for them. You see, we were building our house in South Carolina. We picked up our items and took them to South Carolina, where they sat in a storage unit until the house was finished. Unfortunately, the builder was unable to build the outdoor kitchen (work force issues). So, we called Brian at AOK and together, we brainstormed! We determined a plan using modular cabinets would work best with the items we had purchased. He updated our outdoor kitchen design and even included the flooring and tile work to give us the clearest picture possible. Brian covered all the bases including determining proper space behind the cabinets and all the hook ups for gas and electric. We ordered the cabinetry, it came in, we took it to South Carolina, and we are ready to go, right? Wrong! With no GC, I became the GC and the entire AOK team walked me thru the production order from flooring, to gas lines, to cabinetry, countertop and tile work. They were with us the whole way. Never left our side.It was truly an honor to work with Brian and his family at Affordable Outdoor Kitchens.”
