“My son went to Johnson Lumber to purchase materials for his Eagle Scout Project. The staff were extremely helpful, answering all of my son's questions and giving him advice on how to build his project. They even gave him a discount and donated some of the materials for the project. I can't say enough good things about the team there. Thank you so much for helping my son and supporting Scouting!”

In store, she was courteous, remembered me, and it the best experience I’ve had at any store in the past few years and they will always have my service from now on.”

“Im not sure his name, but one gentleman helped and knew right away what I was looking for. I actually wasn’t aware they are so close to me, and I will definitely come here for anything I need vs Home Depot/Lowes, service is much better and so is the environment, you also can be confident the employees actually know what they are talking about. I’m very glad I found this place, even tho I’m not a professional, it’s even better for my questions”

“I was having a plumbing problem and neither Lowe's or Home Depot had the parts I needed to fix the issue. Had resigned myself to calling an expensive plumber out. Someone recommended to check Ferguson plumbing supply and I'm grateful they did. Received excellent customer service from the knowledgeable staff member. I showed him the broken piece of pipe and explained the issue. He immediately got me the two parts I needed and was on my way. Fixed issue perfectly. Big thanks to that man!”

“I've had a wonderful experience with the RH in Annapolis the past few days. Between several phone calls and in person visits to try to pin down complicated details regarding international shipping, I have gotten impeccable support! Betty, Brittany, Isabella, Shannon and so many others have been incredibly helpful both in person and also on the phone. I'm sorry I don't remember everyone's name! I'd like to better call everyone out!”

“I believe his name was Chris who helped me in the paint department. He was absolutely wonderful. He matched my pain up. He was very friendly. He gave me some knowledge in regards to repairing the walls and got me with the right materials. I 100% recommend him. He’s a great employee and he had wonderful things to say about the store while I was there he told me all kinds of stories about all the different people that worked for Home Depot and how their families also worked there. I can see why this is such a well run store because of people like him.”

“I had a great experience at Lowe’s thanks to Trisha and Alan. I had a tricky return/exchange situation because only one piece in a trim pack was damaged after we had already used the rest. Trisha at the return center was very helpful and directed me to Alan, the manager, who handled everything professionally and made the exchange easy. They both went above and beyond to help, and even two customers pitched in to help move the long replacement piece. Really appreciate the great customer service and teamwork!”
