“went to the store with the expectation of buying a TV to replace one that had just died after 12 years of service (brand is unimportant as 12 years on a TV is a good life expectancy).After a brief once over of the models on the floor, I explained my situation and what I was looking for in a new TV.Three models fit what I was looking for, I chose the option that was a middle of the road price, and what I thought was the most bang for my buck.My 85" Neo QLED 4K TV was on the truck that evening and delivered to my home mid morning the next day on a Saturday. The team un-boxed it, tested it and removed the packaging for me leaving it in the shipping base as I had asked.Later my son came by and helped me get it up onto the existing TV wall mount.It was the fastest and easiest TV selection, purchase and delivery I have ever experienced.”

“When I went to Best Buy to buy a new computer there were 3 employees here who were super helpful to me. Michael, Carlos, & 1 other person I can't remember his name. They helped me buy a computer not too expensive but not too cheap either & a computer that will work for me. They also helped me pick out an external hard disk. They allowed me to test everything I needed to test & then said due to my membership, I could come to them for tech help of various kinds for (what I remember being told) free or low cost. I have been a Best Buy customer here for a long time. I miss the Security Blvd BB but this is excellent.”

“Annapolis location is much better than the Woodmore Towncenter location. I went to Woodmore 1st to purchase a computer. Computer was listed as in stock at that location but of course the people there were clueless as usual. I hadn't been there in a while and thought they may have gotten better. The salesperson told me I must've have saw on the site that I could pick the computer up that day but that means I could order it and they would get it from one of their warehouses and let me know I could pick it up by the end of the day...smh. I just said ok, went on the bestbuy app ordered the computer online and drove straight to the Annapolis store. Picked it up with no issues. Thanks!”
“I highly recommend Atlantic Control Technologies (ACT) for everyone using Lutron systems. I had a number of others out prior to ACT. Everyone before ACT basically said, "its broke and you need to replace it". Bryan from ACT proved them wrong. His patience and attention to detail to trouble shoot and then repair was outstanding. While they only had a few choices they were good choices at really fair prices. The man clearly explained the hardware warranty. It kinda looks like a repair shop and that’s good to know also.”

“Nothing but good things to say about this 711. I go here almost every day. Everything is always in stock. If there is hot food that isn't set out, they will not hesitate to cook it for you. If the coffee is out or old, they will make it fresh for you on the spot. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Everyone there deserves a raise. I wish I could say the same about the 711 on the corner of Ft. Smallwood and Hog Neck Rd. That one is way closer to me and I refuse to go there. Keep up the good work Mountain Rd. 711!!!”

This place is clean, staff is friendly, place is faced and stocked well and pretty much has almost all the up to date stuff 7-Eleven has to offer. He was quick, professional, and saved me about $250. He taught me how to use everything and didn't leave my house until he was sure I knew how to navigate the TV.
