“I bought a mac book from this location in 2020 and did not expect to have to need repairs. my son informed me that his computer would not turn on or charge. of coarse that's the only info my son was able to tell me. first off I did not know the geek squad was still around. I made an appointment online but in the meantime I called people who I knew with apple products and all they could tell me was best buy is going to charge you an arm and a leg. I started to call around and got quotes for other location ( NOT BEST BUY) and was quoted 90.00, 50.00 to 180.00 for a diagnostic test. best buy call center rep informed me that the first 20 mins is free. I went on google and saw only the horrible reviews and did not want to go to this location. I decided I was going in and only allowing them to look at my son's computer for 20 mins and that's it. I was greeted by everyone I encountered. I wish I got the young man's name who helped me but I thought I would see him when I picked up my son's computer. Dustin was so helpful and professional. he told me he would keep me updated before making any repairs. he called me and told me everything was okay with my son's computer and I could pick it up. when I picked up son's computer everyone greeted me once again. James was very nice and informative as well. I am so glad I did not go off of these reviews, I hardly ever write reviews but I hope this will help with anyone who need to visit this location.”

“Good experience overall as I arrived near closing time. Went there specifically for a windows 11 laptop hopefully not expensive. While they only had a few choices they were good choices at really fair prices. The man clearly explained the hardware warranty. It kinda looks like a repair shop and that’s good to know also.”
“I needed a faster laptop for my new job, but I didn't want to spend money buying a new one. I took a laptop I had laying around for years, I couldn't remember the password to get in it, so I took it to DSR Inc., and Brandon was the Tech who serviced me. He was able to get in the laptop, put in a new battery and increase the RAM to 16. He got it work ready and finished the job in a few days (waiting for the battery to come in). He was very helpful and patient explaining everything to me. This is the second laptop I've taken to DSR to fix and I've been extremely satisfied both times. They are fair priced and do quality work. The service I received from Brandon was very friendly and helpful. I'll be going back to DSR for all my laptop needs. I hate spending money buying new devices when the old ones still work; DSR Inc., keeps my refurbished laptops in good order. Thank you Brandon, Dianne.”

“I received assistance as soon as I arrived. The helper listened to my problem and immediately ran several tests to try and solve the issue. They determined that nothing mechanically was wrong with my iPad, it was an Apple support problem.”
“I arrived flustered and concerned about the possibility that my computer had been hacked. As soon as I walked into the store I felt at ease. The store itself is well secured and fully stocked with computers of all needs. Once I had explained my computer had been "compromised", a staff member, Victoria, immediately took a look at my laptop meanwhile explaining that they are seeing so much of this same situation with many of their clients. She checked my laptop, explained how to deal with the situation and was extremely knowledgable and kind. Once she had made sure everything was fine she showed me what to do in the future and I was completely sure that all was well. I would recommend Mac Medics to anyone having computer issues or needing upgrades etc. Thank you to this great staff!”
