They have very competitive prices on a lot of stuff including dry groceries with a little bit of pharmacy items, tableware, carpeting and random home goods overall. Simply a lot of random stuff with good value. One drawback however, once something's out of stock, there's good chance you won't find it again ... But, that's how they promote and advertise their stuff, so if you find something you like, you need to get it and/or stock up.”

“Good Costco overall, but their exit flow and eating area need work. It gets very clogged up there.
And they have though parking spaces that it would be better to make them a bit larger. With all the trucks and larger vehicles that people bring to load up on bulk purchases, out gets hard to load up you car from the side. And it's impossible to navigate your cart between vehicles.”
“I recently purchased a $500 pool motor from another store and was given incorrect advice about getting it to work. After running into problems, I stopped by Pool Headquarters with a few simple questions. Their team was able to get my motor up and running with just a few adjustments and changes—something the other store had told me couldn't be done.
I've been a customer for more than 20 years, and I'm thrilled to see that Moose and Pool Headquarters are still providing outstanding service to the local community. Even though they didn't have the motor in stock, they took the time to help me solve the problem.
The customer service is second to none. They answer questions, offer honest advice, and treat you like family rather than just another customer. I highly recommend Pool Headquarters and wouldn't go anywhere else for pool supplies and support.”

She struggles to talk (but really wants to) and they will just smile and give her extra time to respond or be totally okay if she doesn't. You'd be surprised how much these normal interactions mean to a parent like me. Ive never walked away not happy about the time I've spent here or without cheering at my receipt. “Great store, although the stuff they sell break easily, theyre cheap so obviously not high quality stuff. Over all, employees greet you at the door and you can check out yourself. Even though most of the stuff ARENT 5 and below. I would give this store a solid 4.”
“Retail store with Goodwill prices. Many name brand items at greatly discounted price. Look over everything very carefully, it might be dirty, stained, snagged, be sized incorrectly, or have a hole in it. Usually everything is ok. On my last visit I was able to buy a $74 pair of Nine West pants for just $7.”

“I just revisited $ Tree in Severna Park and as always, I leave with a bunch of things I hadn't come in there to buy. It's right before school begins so there were file folders and all kinds of office organization products, discounted flower and vegetable seed packets, and wreath frames because the holidays are looming. The employees were extremely courteous and helpful, and the store was clean and as organized as a store receiving new stock daily can be. This is my favorite $ Tree in the area!”

“I really like this store. their prices are super reasonable. the cashiers are pretty friendly. I got my husband 4 pairs of basketball style shorts for under $20. they're also good for household items like toilet paper and cleaning supplies, and also kids clothes. my daughter got socks for my grandson that were 4 pairs for $1.99. the only thing I don't like is the area the store is in. a lot of shady looking people from the light rail station. one guy stood in front of my car at the green light and refused to move for no reason . until I just kept moving my car and he eventually moved out of the way as I wasn't gonna stop. 😜 point being go in the day time or take a friend with you.”

“Honestly, the quietest Costco I've been to in Maryland. It's a bit further than my usual Costco but I discovered it while in Glen Burnie the other day. The staff is super friendly here and they have the largest book selection I've seen (although Costco is now going to stop carrying books year round). The check out line is never long here (I've been here three times now?) they have decent Asian selections here. They have good sales here - I finally saw oxo boosting power on sale for $5 less! If you're willing to drive more - this is the best Costco as it's never that busy!”

“I never went to these stories before. However, I was surprised at what they had and the prices that they offered. You can get a large Christmas gift bags and boxes for a $1.50, where is it be paying $5 or more at the regular store
Everyday items like cleaners, toiletries, office supplies are amazingly priced so low
In many cases these are the exact same things, even the same brands, and you would find out a regular store nothing much lower price. The only difference is the store is not fancy - it doesn't have the bells and whistles, and the glitter that provide the snob appeal of more expensive stores
Even monied people living in large houses, who used to turn their nose up at this store are shoppingore here now.”
“This dollar general is very clean but some items are randomly scattered in the shelves. It just renovated a few months ago and the store looks really nice and modern. The prices are a bit higher but I use the dollar general app which has some deals. But to use the app to purchase things the scanning always goes wrong and it doesn't work.”
“I went in on December 1st looking for more stockings. I nominated myself to do 65 stockings for work and I was 8 short. This was the 4th Dollar General I had visited. The cashier took her time to look through the boxes for me. We may not have what I was looking for, but out of the 4 other local stores I visited, she was the most helpful and thoughtful person I dealt with. It truly meant a lot, and I will go out of my way to visit again!”
“Not my go to Costco by any means but since I was nearby, I decided to stop in for the few items I needed. I found what I was looking for. Parking wasn't terrible. This location is smaller than my usual one in Beltsville. Employees are friendly and helpful. I won't go out of my way to come back but I'm glad it's here!”

“This is one of my favorite Dollar General 's!!!!!
... First things first, I moved here from Florida and the Dollar generals in Anne Arundel county and in Baltimore area are so so much better than the ones in Central Florida!
They seem to sell everything from quality bras and comfortable underwear. To medicines to name brand makeup to baby things to furniture, lamps to all name brand types of food, cereals, ice creams, great priced milk even almond milk!
In this particular one off Veterans highway in Millersville, MD. Everybody is always so nice and so helpful and they genuinely want you to save money and explain the quality of your savings If you download the app.
The only reason I haven't visited more often is because I'm a forgetful person and it's not right around the corner from you. Now that I've gone there a couple times to doordash and deliver for other people, I am definitely a true believer in this store and I even got the app.
You can get cash back! And I mean good cash back. For example, they'll tell you, you can earn $3 off Venus four pack razors and the razors will only be $6!!! Other full price convenient and grocery stores, they're I think somewhere from 12 to 16 bucks!! So in retrospect you're only paying $3 for these razors at any Dollar General ( at least for this week's special ? ) because they're giving you immediately another $3 to go spend in their store!!!!! It doesn't get much better than that ? but the nice and friendly and helpful employees really make it a thousand times better than any other discount store I can think of at this time! Or really any store. They definitely raise the bar for quality. Kind friendly, helpful customer service!
To clarify, I do not know anybody that works there. I have never worked here. I've only been in this store four times. This is truly how impressed I am with this store and this location particularly ?
I wish I could remember the name of the young man working Sunday June 23rd, 2024 evening to closing shift, at the register.... because he was terrific!!!! If Dollar general sees this and knows the person's name, please let me know so I can give them a shout out in this review because they gave terrific, joyful, efficient customer service. They were very knowledgeable and helpful about the app while still keeping up with a line and being the only person on the register! And doing all with a smile and genuinely and authentically seemed to love what they do and moved helping people which I think is fantastic!!”
