“I am a Hotshot driver out of Central Texas, on November 3rd, 2023 I had a brake pad go out and wreck a rotor on the rear of my Dodge Dually. After at least 4 other places either didn't answer or couldn't get me in until the next week I finally found Jessup Total Car Care's number on Google on the 4th. The wonderful lady who answered the phone was so sweet and had me bring my truck and loaded 40' gooseneck over. Richard instantly had me unhook and got to work. After having a replacement axle seal delivered (I already had new pads and a rotor) he got me on the road same day. His grumpy demeanor (if you know any older mechanics you understand that it is normal) and the small town feel made me feel like I was back home in the farm towns of Central Texas. First time in Maryland and if I ever have trouble in that area again I'll gladly have a tow truck haul me to them. Amazing people, amazing service. “I’ve been a long-time customer of Walt Eger’s services, where the staff consistently exhibits professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge. Overall, my experience with their service has been great. While the service cost is fair, albeit on the higher end of general estimates, the addition of diagnosis fees makes it a bit steep. I recognize the value of diagnosis, yet I believe there should be a discount if the repair is conducted at the same shop, considering it’s an essential part of the process. The current additional charge feels more like a tax than a benefit from their experienced professionals.The free loaner is great benefits.”

“This place is pretty awesome! I called for a part that isn't easy to find and they said they will find it and call me back. Well, they called me back way quicker than expected and had the part and in the right color!!! These guys get the part for you! I'm guessing it isn't a pick and pull your own parts. The price was way more than fair! I think I spoke to a guy named Mike and he was super helpful. I needed a retractable cargo cover for my car and he found it with a quickness.”

“Last night (3/1/24) I had Matt, tow truck #50 come rescue me in the heart of DC. Broke down with my rig and 48’ flatbed. Matt was by far the most professional tow truck operator I have dealt with ever! Great communication with keeping me up to date on his ETA, speed at dropping my replacement truck and rebooking. But he also went out his way to make sure I was all set and even blocked the road so I could safely u-turn and get heading out of the city the correct way!! I would 100% recommend Matt and this tow company!!”

Turns out I had to go down to the next stop light and make a U turn and be on the right side to get in . Once there the man in the garage was polite , found me a decent tire , put it on the rim and attached it as a spare and then checked the air in all my tires for me. Did a good job. Thank you .”
