“I have been with PNC Bank since 2016. I joined this bank because of bad customer service from Wells Fargo Bank,Bank of America, and BB&T Banks. I have not had any problems with them or their ATM'S. I am enjoying Upper Marlboro, MD. So far, everyone has been great in customer service, even Military Bases.Wells Fargo compromised my account 3 times in 3 months in a row. Bank of America and BB&T treated me with bad customer service and as if I was the next potential bank robber and Racial Profiling.So far, PNC is the best bank in my opinion.I would recommend this bank to family and friends.”

“I stopped by this location one rainy afternoon. Was on a time constraint and really needed to get a document notarized and mailed out immediately. Wells Fargo is not my personal banking center, however my bank had previously given me trouble and this Wells Fargo location is very close to my house. While the wait is very long for a Friday afternoon, the customer associate representative was able to help me fill out my documents and notarized it in a very promptly manner. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to pay a fee to get my document notarized (especially since my bank charges for the service.) The staff were very professional and supportive and I was able to get what I needed done. I would come back in the future for the great customer service and wide range of services they provide.”

“This is a favorite Gas station of Mine. This is Fairland gas Station . It has state of The Art Gas Pumps that only take credit Cards , But if you want to pay cash you must pay at the Tiger Mart within the building itself at the Cashier . In the Tiger Mart they have snack foods drinks magazines and other essential needs when travelling anywhere . I have had some good experiences there, It has the lowest gas prices near the Burtonsville ,MD area . It right across from the Fairland Liberty Gas station its competition . The cashier and the atmosphere in The Exxon and Tiger Mart is Professional , Helpful , Attentive , Knowledgable , Welcoming , Inviting ,And Friendly . some are right on here that the Tiger Mart Fairland Exxon Gas Station treats everyone like family there . This place comes highly recommended . I hope to go back there someday when Not so busy . So drop on by the Fairland Exxon Gas Station and have the most wonderful experience you will not forget . “I know pharmacy's get a lot of negative feedback but Walgreens has been consistent on service, timeliness on Rxs and being well-stocked. I changed from CVS after being with them for over 20+ years because they inventory was always lacking and their customer service declined. I'm hopeful Walgreens will continue their commitment to service. If they tell me it will take a particular timeframe to fill a Rx, it is always ready as promised. Just make sure your Rx are completely filled out (including DOB & address) before placing the request. I'm”

I needed to visit a branc to exchange some Euros from a recent vacation so I had to visit the location in Bowie.Immediately after walking in I was greeted and asked how they could help me today.I then went to the teller line. There was 1 customer ahead of me. I waited no more than 1 minute to be helped.Teller answered my questions and was very polite.Great Experience overall.Happy with my decision to take my business account to Chase.”

“Update on the service that I received at the Glenarden branch of Navy Federal Credit Union. I received a call from the Branch Manager Michelle who wanted to reach out to me because I had sent a online complaint. The Manager wanted to know what happened with the member representative Aerial at the branch. I had explained that the member representative stated that she couldn't accept my $10 in coins for deposit and stated that they had to be wrapped. I pointed out that the $10 in coin consisted of $8 in quarters, $1.10 in nickels and .90 in dimes all of which could not be wrapped. The Manager stated that the member service representative said that I didn't want to give the employee the coin and had a change of heart. "This make no sense because I wouldn't drive out of my way to make a deposit and then have a change of heart and then make a complaint". Needless to say the Aerial lied to cover up her incompetence! . The Manager assured me that Navy Federal Credit Union does take coin that can not be wrapped and that the employee has been advised that she was in error for communicating the wrong information. I just wanted to Thank the Manager Michelle for addressing my concerns so quickly!!! .”

“Welcome to Sunnyville that's right no exaggeration with that. The sun always seams to shine in this Suntrust branch every time I come inside. It has to be the management because as soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with smiles and several welcome to Sunnyville...er..Suntrust. Everyone notices you and acknowledges your presences, you are someone there is no discontented grunts or nasty looks like you are the one who just robbed them last week. "Would you like a seat"? Coffee while you wait"? "Massage..."? Okay maybe no massages yet but I could certainly see it here. They really try to make everything as tranquil and pleasant as possible. Nope none of that negativity at all just smiles from everyone and for once a bank is really being nice to you. Heck... the nice teller gal even gave me a lollipop with a big bright smile at the end. "Have a nice day and a pleasant tomorrow".”
