I visited the office a couple of days ago to inquire about opening an Estate account.Portia greeted me and asked how she could help me today, I proceeded to tell and show her my credentials after being invited to have a seat.I explained the situation in reference to my deceased mom.She did let me know the limits of Estate there. She made a couple of calls for me after I mentioned my other bank.So I was able to get that resolved on yesterday(6/25/2025. “I came to the NFCU on Feb 6, 2024. Deposited a tax refund check and experienced a small set back with the image reading through the ATM. The next day I noticed the check was not pending. I called NFCU spoke with several associates and was told that a check had to be reissued. However when I went into the branch and spoke with Ms. Terri Kipp (branch leader). She went above and beyond to make sure I did not have to wait another 7 to 10 business days to receive my funds. I hope management knows she is a real asset to the company.”

“I came in to open a new account. I have banked at Truist for several years now, and have not been please with the service in the area. However, my experiences changed with the high level of service I received today. Upon entering I was warmly greeted by a teller who directed me to the seating area. Before I could even sit down, the Branch leader, Calvin Todman, informed me he could assist me right away. He went above and beyond to open my account, answer questions, and set everything up while I was in office. There was nothing left for me to do at home! When he did not know a questions right away , he was very transparent and asked for support to ensure the answer was correct. I could tell that he cared about the level of service that he provides to clients. I am happy that I chose this location for my banking needs.”

He also helped me get some other perks that was available to me. He also explained the importance of not using your ATM card. I would highly recommend him for your financial needs”

Please note: I have a branch much closer to my home - but prefer to drive here because the Customer Service is outstanding!
I initially called to ask about changing my beneficiary - spoke to Cheryl, who was very polite and helpful. She was also the first person I spoke to upon entering the bank. What a refreshing change, I didn't feel like I was being quizzed - but rather being asked questions so that she could find the right person to help me. She also remembered our phone conversation - and knew my name.
I waited less than 2 minutes and Demi, a Relationship Banker invited me in to her office. She was able to quickly take care of my request and was not only thorough, but genuinely interested in helping me. What a pleasant interaction with a true professional.
