“We have been doing business at this branch since we moved to Prince Georges County nearly 2 years ago. It is a small branch with a dedicated staff that has always given good service in our experience. It is always busy when we have been there, but the lines move pretty quickly so the wait is not bad. Personal attention is given to each customer. There are new tellers, generally young and learning--which takes more time, but they are always polite. I have observed that the customers are not always polite at all, however. You can see the pressure the employees feel. I hope we as customers can learn to be more professional.The extra consideration the bank has given for the safety and security of the customers has been very thoughtful and greatly appreciated.”
