“On Sunday, 11/3, I bought a 2024 Lexus from a dealer in VA. It was used as a loaner by the VA dealer and I needed to get MD Inspection to get it registered in MD. Dynamic Auto did the inspection for me and passed the car. Your technician, Darwin, noted on the inspection form that he saw fluid all over the rear differential casing and recommended that I take it to the dealer to be looked at.
I called the VA dealer and he was adamant that there was nothing wrong with the car and why was the technician even looking at something outside of the inspection points. I took the car to a MD Lexus dealer who opened the differential and saw metal shavings and burnt oil. I cancelled the sale and bought another car.
I want to commend Darwin and thank him for his diligence in reporting something that he really did not have to. He saved me from buying a potential problem car.”

“Jiffy Lube, in my mind, was just a profit-driven shop to get a quick oil change and get back on the road. The team at the Mount Airy location has completely changed my mindset! Their service technicians are fast, friendly, and knowledgeable in their craft. Today, I requested a brake service and the on-staff advisor, Doug, came to show and explain to me not only why the $600+ service wasn’t necessary, but why my vehicle was showing the symptoms that lead me to request this service in the first place and applied his knowledge to fix the issue and get me out the door just about as fast as I came in without charging me a dime for his time and effort. This isn’t my first time here, and it certainly isn’t the last. Every visit I have had here further strengthens my opinion that very honest, very good people are working here; this Jiffy Lube is doing something right.”

“Green Valley Garage did an amazing job installing my husband’s brakes on his truck. My father was visiting from out of town and took my husband’s truck up there, and had noticed that my brakes in my Honda CRV were really worn. He asked if it was possible to also replace mine when we returned to pick up the truck. They couldn’t have been any nicer and graciously worked us into their schedule.
