I had to ship four boxes of smaller boxes and they had someone come in on a Sunday — the day they are closed — to conduct the transaction for me. Now that’s going above and beyond the call of duty. Postal Place has earned my business and loyalty. I encourage people in Frederick and Urbana to try them.”

“Five star service. The front desk person treated the gentleman before me so nicely and helped me out by going above and beyond. I didn't have my stuff ready but she was patient and helped me get everything i needed. I went 2:30 on Friday and her name started with an M i believe. If only everybody could be that nice. “The post office policies and changes have caused a great deal of difficulty with receiving our mail. This location has been very helpful in trying to work with us to get them resolved. Everyone has been pleasant and accommodating. They close for lunch from 1-2 with the sign always posted on the door for those who can read.”

“I’ve never had an issue with this office and it’s always a pleasant experience when I go in. I called in today to see if I could pick up my package rather than it being delivered tomorrow and D went out of his way to help me. Great customer service!”
“I expected my order to be delivered. I waited over 2weeks for it. It was due to arrive today and I find out at 7pm, that it was returned to sender at 4pm. WTH Damascus. The money that one pays to live here, can we get our delivery on time? Can you attempt to call us or try to deliver it again before you make the independent decision to return to sender? Did it ever occur to you, that maybe....just maybe...you should try again? At least once. It's only the same address for the last 4years. I mean, hell you finally stopped sending other mail out but to heck with what we actually order.Update to 4stars: As of 27 February, all has been made right with me and for me. I understand personnel are new and for the lack of my understanding that was displayed. I apologize for all things. It could have been said better, considering the platform used. Forgive me and I will do better moving forward.”
