“Postal Place is awesome! The staff is very friendly and go to every length to help you as a customer. I had to ship four boxes of smaller boxes and they had someone come in on a Sunday — the day they are closed — to conduct the transaction for me. Now that’s going above and beyond the call of duty. Postal Place has earned my business and loyalty. I encourage people in Frederick and Urbana to try them.”
“Staff did a good job. The building is in sad shape. Team working did a good job but their morale was low. Left there feeling sad for them. Hopefully the postmaster can fix this soon.”

“I needed to mail a gift and stumbled into the Buckeystown Post Office..so small I almost missed it
Inside I met Veronica at the desk who was friendly & helpful-quite unusual for post offices closer to D.C.
Meeting her and nearly every other person so far in Frederick & nearby has sold me on moving away from the city”
