It's small so make sure you budget enough time in case there is a line.The 3 or 4 staff members that have helped me have been tactful, informative and efficient. One time they even had the patience to locate a package in their bin I had dropped off 2 hours before, when I thought I'd made a mistake with the address. I have seen customers treat them quite rudely and even throw things around the store, but the staff kept their cool.”
