“Easy rental from start to finish. Thanks Rodney, our family’s real estate company loves RU Frederick and we will definitely be calling y’all again for another rental soon!”
“Rented a JLG T350 trailer lift, machine was in excellent condition and worked well, staff was courteous and respectful Bruno was able to get me in and out and on my way, 10/10 recommend, will definitely be using this location in the future for any and all large equipment rentals I may need!”
“Stopped in here when they were locking up and the guy working was very nice and let me rent a truck anyway. It was clean/no issues. Dropped it off after hours and got a confirmation email first thing in the morning. No problems at all...”
“My car got rear ended and the other driver’s insurance company made the process just truly unbearably frustrating and hard. However, the nicest people at Grimm’s made the experience so much easier and even went so far as to call the insurance company for me and did their best to help me through the process of getting my car moved to a collision center. I so appreciate their kindness during a very frustrating and overwhelming time.”
“I had an amazing experience here! Emmett and Gabe were amazing! Gabe went above and beyond explaining every detail and his customer service was just phenomenal! I feel as though Gabe and Emmett should have a $20 raise! I am very pleased with a customer service and very satisfied their kind words made my whole week! I am very pleased.”
“Idealease of Frederick has always taken care of PVI Office Furniture very professionally and efficiently. They have a very friendly staff and the best customer service in the industry! Great Service...Great People....Great Trucks!”

“Ben went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed to safely get my move done. I really appreciate his personal attention and excellent service. I will never use another Uhaul place and I highly recommend this business.”
“Quick service, super clean truck, very reasonable pricing! It took less than 10 minutes from walking into the office to driving off in the truck. I liked them better than UHaul so I’ll be coming back!”

“The good: Great friendly staff and good prices. The bad: an underpowered unproven brand car - the misleading SUV had difficulty with steep hills in or outside of the city. Extremely high insurance premiums.”
“GET YOUR U-HAUL FROM HERE IF THE MAIN LOCATION IN FREDERICK DONT HAVE ANY IN STOCK. DONT GET SCREWED OVER BUT THESE DEALERS. THE ONLY DEALER I WILL BE USING IS TRIANGLE MOTORS FOR U-HAUL SERVICES IN AN EMERGENCY. THANK YOU FOR YOUR QUICK SERVICE I WAS IN AND OUT IN 5 mins”
“Mr. Andy at the Mt. Airy Exxon, 4400 Mill Bottom Rd station, was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable in providing me with all the information I needed to secure the equipment. The transaction went smoothly, and I would highly recommend reaching out to Mr. Andy for any service they require from U-Haul. I am exceptionally grateful to Mr. Andy and would use this facility again for my future needs and will recommend others to do the same.”

“Miguel took very good care of us and got us in and out very fast. He was very friendly and apologized when he didn't realize I was waiting (it was maybe 5 minutes). We were a little confused on why the door was locked but it was just because they only had one person and he was cleaning cars. Over all good service!”
