“I am so grateful for Brian and Oscar,
After my dad’s divorce him and I were left with no phone service and we didn’t have a lot of money. My dad helps me as much as he can and I didn’t want to be a burden to him, but I really needed his help with the phone service. We decided to go with T-Mobile and Brian and Oscar were absolutely amazing hooking us up with the newest iPhones and galaxies and I am completely illiterate when it comes to technology and Brian and Oscar have helped me walk through the technology and all the amazing aspects that the new iPhone 16 has to offer. I am just so grateful for their amazing customer service and their attention to detail and their compassion to this company. It really helps. It makes a difference me and my dad spent so much money and def benefited from t mobiles deals on iPad and awesome speakers, we felt really good about our purchases and experiences everytime we come into the quince orchard tmaobile we are asking for Brian and Oscar. I just want to let everybody know if you have any phone or technical questions or upgrades or looking for a good phone service go to Brian and Oscar. They are absolutely amazing with their knowledge and care for their customers- very knowledgeable informing and all around nice people. I would recommend to everybody. “This is the only corporate store that I know of in Gaithersburg and Rockville. They only do phones. Fios is at the franchise stores like the one in Rio. Relatively efficient in getting through the waitlist and technicians are fairly knowledgeable. Made my phone upgrade go pretty well.”
“Excellent well-maintained location. Only minor difficulty is upon entering the store it's not entirely clear what to do if all the employees are engaged. Even a sign saying something like "please wait to check-in with the next employee" would be helpful for guiding a first-time visitor. It wasn't a big issue though and the process was still pretty smooth.
I worked with Gavin and he was absolutely fantastic. Incredibly competent and willing to help with a complex situation. I would return to this store again just to work with him if I needed help in the future.”
