“Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at Verizon (or any phone store). Jason was the guy who helped me and he was everything you need in customer service: looking out for what you want/need, not trying to overcomplicate things, and giving clear explanations about cost and what to expect. I’d briefly talked to another Verizon employee at a different store about a promotion I was seeing on my Verizon app that allowed me to keep my plan, trade in my phone and pay a really low monthly amount. That person immediately dismissed it and dismissed that I could get any trade in value for my phone because of a retired plan I was on. Jason quickly confirmed I was not only eligible but that the other person was mistakenly thinking of the national offer and not my actual account’s offers. Such an easy process and it made me that much more willing to jump on the opportunity. Thank you Jason!”

“I had spent hours and hours on the phone with Xfinity trying to set up my account so my internet could start working, and nothing was getting resolved. I finally decided to go into the store and handle it in person.

As soon as I arrived, Karina greeted me and helped sort out all four of my accounts. What had taken hours over the phone, she handled in less than 10 minutes. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and got everything fixed so quickly.

She was also very pleasant to talk to, provided the right contact information, and made sure all of my accounts were in good standing before I left. Thank you, Karina, for saving me so much time and stress.”

“We switched back ins 2024 from another phone carrier and the staff Faith here took over one hour to patiently and kindly guide us and walk us through the entire process to get 6 lines over to T-mobile. She also gave us the best deal possible and after all the discounts, we got an amazing plan with amazing prices. Although it took a lot longer than anticipated, we were satisfied with the wonderful service from Faith who helped us without making us ever feel unwelcome.”

“Had an absolutely amazing experience here. I wanted to get the 5g gateway service, and originally I tried using the online support system (real people, not bots), and after literal hours of frustrating back and forth, I asked them to cancel my order so I could do it in store. The order was not able to be cancelled (honestly not their fault, it had already been processed at UPS), and after work I drove here. Their phone doesn't work, they aren't just ignoring it. I worked with Christina, she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, was patient and answered all my questions. They had the whole gateway system in stock, and the time it took from when I walked into the store to when I left with the gateway was less than the time it took for a single online agent to reach out to me. I don't know why this place has bad reviews, I'd give it 6 stars if I could!

5/23/26 UPDATE:
received the package for the canceled order, drove here, and asked for help. Nick was extremely helpful and actually had a sense of humor, which was nice. He worked with me for about an hour figuring out the issue, including advocating on my behalf with the T Mobile customer support phone line (which were extremely unhelpful, and seemed content to pass the buck to another department, and not even telling the next department the issue). In the end, they emailed me a pdf with a return shipping label. All I have to do is slap the label on the box, drive to UPS, then I'm done (and won't be charged, which is the really important thing)! To sum up, this store (especially Nick who I worked with today) is amazingly helpful, and can even fix problems created by the online and phone-based T Mobile Support! Once again, I'd give 6 stars if I could.”

“Carlos helped me move back to T-Mobile after a disastrous 3-week stint with AT&T. He, Abby, Amber and Sachin were so helpful and nice. I had several business lines to move back and they handled everything with ease. Their professionalism and expertise were night and day compared to the competition. I walked out with everything set up and working, which one would expect everywhere, but I found out is not always the case. I highly recommend going to this store in particular if you need anything. “I have been to this store twice recently. On both occasions I walked in without an appointment. The wait times to work with a person were reasonable and clearly defined. While waiting, I was able to overhear some of the issues that customers bring into the store. The problems presented to the Verizon Wireless technicians were complex and variable. My situation was no different.
