After my dad’s divorce him and I were left with no phone service and we didn’t have a lot of money. My dad helps me as much as he can and I didn’t want to be a burden to him, but I really needed his help with the phone service. We decided to go with T-Mobile and Brian and Oscar were absolutely amazing hooking us up with the newest iPhones and galaxies and I am completely illiterate when it comes to technology and Brian and Oscar have helped me walk through the technology and all the amazing aspects that the new iPhone 16 has to offer. I am just so grateful for their amazing customer service and their attention to detail and their compassion to this company. It really helps.
