“This gym is so clean and friendly. There are 2 different exercise rooms and lots of equipment. But their newest arrival is an infrared sauna! The sauna is located in a lovely, decorated, private room, with hooks to hang your clothes on and a little bench, disposable booties are provided for bare feet and a fresh towel to dry off. The sauna is state of the art with different colored lights to choose from. Do your research on the great detox/health benefits of this sauna, and come check it out. Its a great 20min relaxation after a work out! When you come in ask the staff to heat it up for you, they'll charge you card and have it ready within 30 minutes, then close your eyes and relax. “Easily one of the best run business in the entire town of Mount Airy. It starts with some really great people that have worked there a long time. They are extremely friendly and customer focused with very solid communication skills. The facility is clean with lots of workout options. It can get busy in winter and especially around Christmas but would highly recommend this center.”
