“I had a great experience with Alex when he was at the Capital Heights store, so I was happy to see him again when I stopped by for a flat repair while I was in the New Carrollton area. Alex provided the same excellent customer service I remembered. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the visit even if he was juggling multiple customers at once. He’s a great salesperson who clearly cares about his customers and takes pride in providing a positive experience. I truly appreciate the help and great service. Thank you, Alex and Preston!”
