“17 million stars to Clint, who was a knight in shining armor for me when I locked myself out of my apartment (by leaving my phone inside). No staff in my building were able to help, so I rushed to the only place I could think of with phones: AT&T. Clint helped me contact someone so I was able to get back in, and Clint even gave me a stack of post-its to write down the info. He was so nice, and I’ve never been happier as an AT&T customer than I was right then. Excellent customer service. Thank you!”
“Dead PC, which getting power to the motherboard but the computer wouldn't power up. Asked to diagnose but not repair, as it was an old machine and a new computer would be less than repairs most likely. $60 fee.
They promised to call later that day or the next to tell me what they found initially. I had to call to check after not hearing back. They were ordering a new motherboard to test with. Good troubleshooting, but not what I asked, for a 12-year old machine.
I declined service, but will say they did seem to know what they were doing.”

“The ONLY reason I gave this location 5 stars is because of the nice gentleman named Ian that helped me last evening (7/8/24). I was really frustrated once I came in and realized that it was only 1 person working and that was Ian. Once I was helped by Ian he gave me and my son tip top service!!! That man helped about 5 or 6 people this evening all by himself and never once showed any frustration, aggravation, irritation or was rude to anyone one of us. He was extremely pleasant and very apologetic to all of us every step of the way! Give Ian some help in that store! It’s ridiculous that a mobile store that makes that kind of revenue can’t pay employees enough to come to work. No employee should be left in a store alone, servicing multiple customers in a store that has visual damage of a recent robbery. AT&T management you should be ashamed to leave anyone in a store alone after such an incident. Ian, I wish you nothing but the best on your journey with AT&T or your next career move. Good luck to you and thank you for your EXCELLENT ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It did not go unnoticed!
