βIt was a quaint little store. There were multiple rooms with some neat stuff in there--jellies and jams you won't find in a grocery store, knick knacks, souvenirs, books.. Neat stuff to look at. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's a very busy place; we weren't alone.β
βI cannot say enough wonderful things about Genevieve. Every time I visit the store, she is welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help, but during my most recent visit she went above and beyond anything I expected.
Genevieve took the time to listen to my concerns about stress, weight gain, hormones, and overall health. Instead of rushing the conversation, she asked thoughtful questions, shared her knowledge, and helped me understand possible factors that could be contributing to how I was feeling. She explained the benefits of an alkaline-focused approach, printed out information for me, and even helped me create a simple plan for what to eat, what to avoid, and where to start.
What impressed me most was how much she genuinely cared. She made me feel heard, supported, and encouraged. A month later, I was sleeping better, feeling better, and even fitting into clothes that had become too tight.
Genevieve has always been helpful whenever I've visited the store, whether I had a quick question or needed guidance, but this experience truly showed how dedicated she is to helping people. Her knowledge, kindness, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile make a real difference.
Employees like Genevieve are rare. MOM's is incredibly lucky to have her, and so are the customers she helps every day. Thank you, Genevieve, for taking the time to care and for making such a positive impact.β
βMax Pecherskyi was great. I come to this location pretty often and he consistently stands out. Heβs always fast, friendly, and keep the line moving even when itβs busy. Iβve noticed they stay calm with difficult customers and still manage to be polite and helpful. It makes the checkout process way smoother than at most places. Employees like that really make a difference in the overall experience. Love to see him every time I come in.β

βI especially love the Buckeystown store bc theyβre always fresh, clean, friendly and well stocked. They stand by their products and produce and are extremely helpful. If they donβt have it, they get it or make reasonable recommendations. Quality to price is worth it. I love MY Common Market! :)β

It's in a very nook-like location, out of the way, making it much more comfortable and convenient to actually browse the marked down items! I love shopping at this location and highly recommend it!β

βThe Pharmacy is fabulous and always tries to help with cost and give advice- my favorite Pharmacy in my area.
The grocery store unfortunately is one of my least favorite and I only pick up things when I have to go to the pharmacy as the people are not nice and I would rather drive further to get nicer people.β

βEverything here is great, except that it took 15 minutes for soup to be put in the microwave... But other than that, so good! They just seem busy, and need to hire more than the one lady working in the kitchen. Cute couple. Always friendly!β

βGreat Latino market in Walkersville. The cashier went out of her way to open the door for me and my baby who was in a stroller. They have a variety of foods from Mexico and Central American countries. They carry the best corn tortillas you can buy ( El milagro), fresh vegetables, herbs for Latino cooking, and basic staples like milk. So glad to have a Latino market close to Walkersville, Linganore and Thurmont.β
βFirst time in a Weis market. Just went in to browse. Everything 'looked' good, nicely organized, clean, and wide aisles. Was impressed since I only have Food Lion grocery stores near me to compare. Staff not so friendly, at least the ones we encountered. Next visit, I'll try the products and update my review.β
βWeis feels far more connected to the community then any other grocery store. Their meat prices are excellent, prices are in line at least with others. Several workers at mine know shoppers and talk with them.β
βI love this Target because it's clean, and stuff is organized. They are well staffed. Employees are kinda helpful and friendly. They get you in and out quickly. They don't force you to do self check out. Yall know I cringe at that. It's not my job to do your job, Target! I have 0 patience for using a register, and no I have 0 patience to wait to get the check out monitor to help. Here they have registers open at least 3!. Fitting rooms are clean, and organized. I never have to walk in and see a messing room. They do price adjustments if you see something cheaper elsewhere without giving you a hard time. They keep their parking lot clean. I rarely see carts scattered all over.β
βBack in February, I had a couple super positive encounters at the Weis store. I accidentally left one of my grocery bags there, and when I called the store, Noah helped me out (it was cold!) by running outside to find it. Later that week, Ashley from the bakery went out of her way to help me find the right flavor of pie (not stocked up front yet) for my mom's bday and Max was awesome too. I hope someone at the store see's this and gives all these folks a thank you from me again. Thank you!β
βThis is a great little Latin market, with fresh produce at very reasonable prices. Plus just about any dried pepper you might need. And your local dollars stay local-- bonusβ
βBeen shopping at your store for years now and one thing I will tell you is that your cute fruit department is great. this one worker Adam helped me out one time telling me about some of the fruit and showing me where the item. I appreciate the help they gave meβ
βRan in for some quick salty snacks and found just what I needed for $1 each. There's also a $1 value aisle that is full of surprising. The gal cashier was friendly & patient, too.β

βOne of the best meat shop in the town..I ordered the goat and the meat was very tender and had one of the best goat curry and I came back again for the chicken..it turned out to be delicious..its definately my go to place.β

They offer round and square cakes, as well as one-tier and two-tier options, with multiple size selections depending on the number of guests. I ordered an RV-themed cake, and it turned out perfectly—exactly as expected.
If you’re thinking about calling and asking for a custom cake I do not recommend. They dismissive and will just tell you to order online.

I was truly impressed and will absolutely be ordering again for my daughter’s next birthday. Their seasonal designs—especially the spring, garden, and butterfly themes—are beautiful. I would also highly recommend them for baby showers or any themed event. The variety, quality, and convenience make this an easy five-star experience.β
