Even during our current health crisis, both Alisa and Tim were extremely accommodating and addressed all our questions and concerns in a timely and thorough fashion. They offered us the best rates major banks could not come close too and the process was surprisingly effortless on our end. From the initial step, to the distribution of the funds, both Alisa and Tim kept us informed via phone calls, e-mails, and during in person meetings. “Went there about a couple weeks ago to deposit some money from my birthday and was really surprised how well I was treated especially after some crazy lady left screaming about her notarization being declined. Took like 2 seconds to Google their company policy that they don't notarize non PNC documents so don't know why she didn't do that beforehand and instead acted like a Karen afterwards.”

“I am giving this Branch 4 stars. The reason being I go almost every day to deposit. I go though the drive up area as its convenient, but there are times I go up and have issues. To start they usually only have 1 lane open, when I pull up and send over what I need it takes them 10 minutes minimum to say anything when I think they are already working on my things, then I have to wait for the deposit to be completed which some days takes up to 30 minutes. I have to take this on my lunch because they are closed when I get off and I go into work before they open and If I go here 5 days a week maybe 2 of those days I can actually eat lunch. I am giving 4 stars because I understand the struggles of being short staffed and although my wait times are long when I go everyone is very nice and knowledgeable. I recommend if you go here to have an open mind and patience.”
