The quality has been excellent and I've managed to slowly replace all of my department store suits - that were boxy and dated.... They have tailoring on site and have been very helpful and responsive to any questions or needs...The service members were very helpful, considerate of time, and made it a very smooth customer experience. “Alan is the man, and helped me get the perfect suit for my wedding. We walked through the whole process, there was never any pressure and we were very well taken care of while we were there. Some of the other suit stores had similar quality and pricing but I felt very rushed to make decisions and get out of the store - not at Hive though.
I had a very specific color and vision in mind and was able to try on many different ideas. The suit arrived ahead of schedule and fit perfectly. During the measuring process Alan was very meticulous and asked for my thoughts, my partners thoughts, and discussed with us how he was shaping the suit for a perfect fit - and he nailed it.”

“Such a well organized store. Staff was helpful in picking out a pair of pants. I chose the Icon Pant in Kangaroo. The staff member told me their top selling pants are ABR Pro Pant, 5.11 Stryke Pant and Icon Pant. I had so much fun looking around. I added some photos of the pants I purchased. The first photo is of an security button that keeps your pants from accidentally popping open. The second picture is of the ripstop material.”

“Ezra made the process of buying my custom wedding suit extremely easy and enjoyable. From the minute I walked into his shop he made sure I was at ease and explained everything thoroughly. From looking at fabric colors to explaining the different blends and their qualities, Ezra made sure that I was educated to make the right decision for me. He even went as far as recommending colors that would compliment the suits my groomsmen were wearing.
After all the decisions and measurements were done, the suit arrived fitting like a glove within the timeframe he quoted. I could not have been happier with my custom wedding suit and got a ton of compliments at the wedding.”

Absolutely exceptional customer service from Tyler who took his time to go through each step thoroughly and share his advice on the many questions I asked. We haven't received the suit yet (will update once received), but based solely on the customer service experience, we're confident this will be our go-to store in the future for any made-to-order suits.
We came here after going through a miserable 'consultation' service with a different suit company down the street that was charging $700 for an off-the-rack suit. Indochino saved the day. A fully customized experience to get the perfect fit and less than $600 total for everything. Highly recommend, but please take the time to go through their website first and look at some of the color/fabric options before going to the store. Really helps speed the process along.”

All the employees, especially Susan, and the tailor were extremely professional and accommodating.They spent a lot of time with us to make sure we chose the right tuxedo. One of us has a bodybuilder build so he was very challenging to fit. But Ike Behar was able to get him fitted perfectly.We had the second fitting at the Georgetown store. The salesperson was friendly and helpful.I highly recommend Ike Behar for tuxedos and suits. They have superb quality at a reasonable price.”
