“I came in for a suit fitting at the Black Tux Showroom at Nordstrom in Montgomery Mall in Bethesda, MD. Great appointment.

Carly was very friendly as she greeted me for my appointment. During the fitting she was very helpful, knowledgeable, and caring with helping me get all my measurements. She was quick and suggested ideas that made the suit feel and look better on me.

This by far was the most efficient and friendly suit fitting experience I've had. N this was my fifth fitting this year.

I highly recommend Carly, and cant thank her enough for making this appointment such a lovely experience.

“I am the manager of a bridal and tuxedo store in Florida. I sent in a groomsman to get measured/fitted for a tuxedo in Florida. They were very thorough and asked ALL the same questions, had him try on items, just as I do and everything fit perfectly. I called and spoke with them before sending him in and they were very friendly and my customer said they were very pleasant to him as well. So if they treated us so well and did such a good job and we did not rent a tux from them just get measurements. With such a great attitude imagine how good you will look going there. I highly recommend this place for your rental and alteration needs”

“Katie in the Men’s suit department is amazing. She is pleasant which is great. Even better is her competence! As long as there is a sale Macys pricing is on point for the brands they carry. If you need a men’s suit and need a little assistance in doing so make sure to ask for Katie. Normally I go sometime later in the week during the day, works great as they are not too busy.”

“Have to give a huge shout out to Fasil at the Bethesda location who assisted me with my fitting today. I am a shorter guy with a more athletic build and it's tough for me to find apparel that fits me. Not only did he help make the exchange process simple, but he recommended a number of different shirts and pants and I came away with a lot of great pieces. I would 100% come back to this location and highly recommend Bonobos in general for the quality of their clothes.

“I have been going to Montgomery Mall for over 20 years and this was a completely different experience than I have ever had at Foot Locker before. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They asked for my name and addressed me by my first name, which made the experience feel personal and genuine.

The store is newly renovated and very spacious, but the real highlight was the customer service. It honestly felt like the Chick fil A of Foot Locker. I even joked with the manager, Liam, asking what kind of training they had because the service was that impressive.

Liam was professional, polished, and clearly leading his team well. If every Foot Locker had this kind of atmosphere and service, it would make a huge difference. Other locations should take notes.

Great job to the entire team. I will definitely be back.”

“I'll be honest, I have never been in a Vineyard Vines before but I needed a size exchange for a Christmas gift I received. I truly hope all of their customer service was as good as Erol provided. (My bad on the spelling of your name, dude!) He ran me through my options in the shop. When they didn't work out since the shirt I had was out of stock at this location, he walked me through the very seamless way to get my size online. It was one of the easiest exchanges I have experienced. I was impressed with everything in my visit. Too bad I was in a rush so I couldn't shop a bit.”

I originally came for a tuxedo in 2024 for my wedding, my experience was phenomenal specifically because of them. My experience was so good, I have returned multiple times because of the trust they developed with each successful purchase. I purchased a dinner jacket today and this review was long overdue. Jay Webster was the primary person I worked with and Junior followed up making sure I was taken care of at the same level when Jay had days off. I had an absolutely phenomenal experience working with Jay and Junior. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel like more than just a customer — they treated me like a VIP. Guests at my wedding thought I had a custom tuxedo, it was more than I could have asked for.

Jay and Junior went above and beyond in helping me select the perfect tuxedo. “My son was looking for a suit for a wedding and we ended up (stressed after a bad experience in another store) at Macy's in Montgomery Mall. We were greeted by Mr Innocence who guided my son through the struggles to find a fitting suit, shirt and tie. Mr innocence was professional, patient and incredibly kind, showing no signs of rushing despite a busy time in the store. Just by eye measurements he suggested the right sizes and he listened to what my son was looking for. A very pleasant, professional experience!”

“Highly recommend this store and the company. The clothing feels premium and the fittings are simple. Tops are either regular fit or slim fit and the pants/shorts are straight fit(slim) or relaxed fit where the ankle is less tapered. So no matter what top or bottom you get, they are exactly the same fit. If you buy $300 dollars worth you get I think 20% or 25% discount and a 25% military discount. They have a myID 25% military discount for online purchases. The customer service was impeccable and you really felt welcomed!”

“I was waiting in line to make a purchase when I witnessed an African American woman with a deplorable attitude being rude to a cashier demanding receipts. She called a manager who gave her money back and a physical receipt. The cashier tried to explain she could not give her a receipt for an online return but was going to receive an email. The cashier tried her hardest to keep her cool and avoid a confrontation. The woman kept pushing and kept being rude, demanding a receipt and her name. She even took a picture of her without her consent with no respect whatsoever. I have been to zara at westfield montgomery many times and that cashier is one of the nicest people I have interacted with and always make me feel welcome. She is one of the FEW good ones. I was appalled how badly that woman treated her and realized cashiers deal with a lot of negativity from certain customers. I only hope management protect their employees better.”
