“I came to suit supply for the first time and was helped by Manny. He could not have been better across the board. In terms of listening to what I wanted, finding it, treating me kindly even though I wasn’t spending thousands of dollars, and making sure that the suit fit me perfectly. He was so good I waited to pick up my suit until he got back from a work trip cause I wanted his thoughts on the final product. Lastly, the store manager (or future manager) was great as well and runs the store like a Swiss watch. Aces across the board. I am moving to NYC and am sad I cannot return to this location more easily to get future products.”
“I went to this store for Black Friday with my son. I was immediately greeted and helped by this young lady she has curly hair very sweet I forget her name. She was beyond helpful and put together outfits for my son and even went above and beyond to help me find something for myself. I’ve been in the store before I believe she’s new but she knows exactly how to make the customer feel so welcomed and is knowledgeable. It’s a chaotic time during Black Friday but she made me feel like I was having such a personalized one on one experience while shopping! She is the perfect touch for the store and brings a new atmosphere to Grandeur. She was extremely caring and patient, I walked in thinking we were just looking around but after our interaction I left buying a lot of stuff that I know my son and myself love now. I will definitely be back to shop with her!”

Their guidance, the fabrics, and the entirely bespoke experience have been one of my largest gifts to myself (and my girlfriend). “Yesterday afternoon, I went to buy a tuxedo at the Farragut Square Men’s Wearhouse… but ultimately decided *not* to buy one. So why am I still rating them five stars?
Because the salesman named Chevron spent half an hour fitting me, and when I tried to give him a few dollars cash anyway to compensate him his time after my *not* buying a tuxedo, he refused the money and said “Hey, I’m just happy to help.” Superb customer service. Give that men Chevron a raise!”

I went to the Shady Grove store, where the sales personnel put a rush on the alterations, allowing me to pick it up in a timely manner and catch my flight to the funeral. Kudos to the salesforce at the Shady Grove location.”
“I was needing a suit for a job interview and Curtis was recommended to me by a friend. I live 4 Hrs from his shop so I decided to give him a call and schedule an appointment after not finding what I liked at a few places around my area. I drive up and it was worth the drive. From the moment walking in the door at his office it was an experience, Curtis hooked me up with a really nice suit, tie, and custom shirt. He gave me extra pointers on how to stand out and look good with details even down to how my shoe laces were routed. When I need another suit I will only be going back to Suitability of McLean. It was such a nice experience.”

Carly was very friendly as she greeted me for my appointment. During the fitting she was very helpful, knowledgeable, and caring with helping me get all my measurements. She was quick and suggested ideas that made the suit feel and look better on me.
This by far was the most efficient and friendly suit fitting experience I've had. N this was my fifth fitting this year.
I highly recommend Carly, and cant thank her enough for making this appointment such a lovely experience.

I didn't feel rushed at all, and the customer service was exceptional. I had some back and forth with my orders, including a couple exchanges until I found the exact right fit, but the young man I was working with, Antonio, made the process as seamless and smooth as possible. He was very pleasant, patient, and responsive, and made the exchange process painless.”
