The only “problem” is that things sell out quickly—because she brings in the best European brands!”
“The two staff people interacted with or so friendly and kind. When I was trying to find another size for my online order which I picked up one of the staff members, a middle-aged lady, went out of her way to look for the size in store. When she couldn't find it she went to another staff member working the counter and explained the issue on my behalf, which was promptly resolved. I was really impressed with how kind they both were.”
“The staff at the Columbia Heights store location are wonderful. I don’t shop at Old Navy often but I went in October 2025 looking for an item to complete a Halloween costume and a member of the staff was so kind and helpful asked to see a photo of the inspiration and she immediately brought me to a few great options and I found the perfect shorts. Then the next week when I came back to return the items that I didn’t end up using, the same employee was in the store, remembered me and asked to see the completed costume. Went back in June 2026 to return a few items I bought online and both the women working at the counter were so kind and helpful to all the guests despite there being a long line, they made the experience so pleasant.”

“I had a fantastic experience purchasing and wearing a custom tuxedo for my wedding. Ana, the assistant manager, sat with me for more than an hour discussing my wishes and talking me through the options. She was kind, considerate, and honest, and I was grateful that she was willing to share her opinions as we went through the many, many choices. I was also very grateful that she maximized my savings and made sure I was able to take advantage of every offer that was available to me. Once the tuxedo arrived, she and the tailoring team helped make the tux as comfortable and flattering as possible. The staff here is gracious and knowledgeable, and I will return if I am ever in need of another tuxedo.”

“I'll be honest, I have never been in a Vineyard Vines before but I needed a size exchange for a Christmas gift I received. I truly hope all of their customer service was as good as Erol provided. (My bad on the spelling of your name, dude!) He ran me through my options in the shop. When they didn't work out since the shirt I had was out of stock at this location, he walked me through the very seamless way to get my size online. It was one of the easiest exchanges I have experienced. I was impressed with everything in my visit. Too bad I was in a rush so I couldn't shop a bit.”

“Wow super impressed! Around 9 months ago I went into the store and the store manager was super rude and followed me around the store. I vowed to never come back. But my wife decided to order online so I had to go to the store and pick it up. Dreading it I just wanted to go inside and leave as quickly as possible. But to my surprise as soon as I came in I was greeted warmly and graciously. I also saw the store was cleaner and more open. I was so impressed that I decided to buy more clothes for my daughter. If I had any questions the employees there helped me out. I was shocked,It was a complete 180 from before. When I told them about my previous experience with the manager , they told me she got fired (no surprise there). But to end this review I'm so glad I came back and I'm happy new management actually changed the store around. I Will definitely come back”

I had missed my store order pickup that had a huge black friday discount, but the manager Naomi and the cash register employee helped me get the same price upon repurchase. Definitely will stop by this store for all my Gap purchases going forward.”
