“Great place. Someone recommended this place to us for winter gear and they did not disappoint. Found a good selection of snow boots and winter suits for my 4 yo and 2 yo. Also picked up rain boots while we were there.The girls thought it was a Toy Story store which had lots of options for new toys (Melissa and Doug, Barbies and other) as well as used toys that are in like new condition.I haven’t yet tried to sell things here but I will. The process seems easy enough. Highly recommend anyone with toddlers and infants to come over take a look.”

Stopped by yesterday for the grand opening and was not disappointed - she has a great collection of children's clothing (even for those with skin allergies), accessories, books, and games for all ages! I loved how there was also a table in the middle of the store with some toys to keep your little ones occupied while you shop. Definitely come check it out!”

“Babies are so sweet and precious! They are so little and you need so many things: burp cloths, receiving blankets, and tons of little outfits. I especially like buying baby clothes and when there is an expectant mom in the family, I just have a ball. I had the most wonderful service at Carter's Babies and Kids. Amber and Dee helped me pick out outfits, advised me on size, and even put things away for me that they thought I would like. That is awesome customer service! There are covid protocols for standing in line as you check out and all of the salespeople, as well as the customers are wearing masks. They clean the counter between customers. I loved that safety protocol. I love how the store is arranged, so all of the infant clothing is in one section. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Carter's has clothing for more mature kids too. They have great deals and if you open a charge(Yes, I did!) you can earn points to get cash back in rewards. Great customer service, huge selection, and great deals! I know I will be back soon.”

“I'll be honest, I have never been in a Vineyard Vines before but I needed a size exchange for a Christmas gift I received. I truly hope all of their customer service was as good as Erol provided. (My bad on the spelling of your name, dude!) He ran me through my options in the shop. When they didn't work out since the shirt I had was out of stock at this location, he walked me through the very seamless way to get my size online. It was one of the easiest exchanges I have experienced. I was impressed with everything in my visit. Too bad I was in a rush so I couldn't shop a bit.”

“I have shopped at Lands' End the catalogue for years and have never been disappointed. Their service is great and their return policy is even better. I had a very old winter jacket(about 2 years or so) that I never got to wear because the zipper broke on it. It happened to be the second jacket I had this happen to so I thought I was going to have to pay for a new jacket. Not only did they pay shipping back, they were having a sale so I bought a new jacket with free shipping on this. I sent the old jacket back that had the broken zipper which they paid shipping on and they sent me the full price of the jacket on a gift card since I never got to use it. I was shopping at Giant and decided to give Old Navy a try. Low and behold they had quite an assortment in every size imaginable. Yeah! They also had open fitting rooms to try the clothing on. I hopped in and walked out with a top, bottom, and matching headband. Luckily, they didn't break my budget either. Are these going to be Jammie's to last a lifetime? Probably not, the quality isn't the greatest. But, for a holiday picture, they are perfect. The people working there were as nice as can be. She was knowledgeable and answered my sizing question and I was able to find the correct size in the store and purchase the latest "faux leather" straight leg pants that fit, that I have been searching for. Some items had lost their tags -- I stayed and shopped after making my return -- and he was unflappable as he keyed in the codes to locate items. Thank you, David! If you haven't been to The GAP in a while, go. They have a fantastic sale now. I'm 5'2'", 110 lbs, usually a size 27/4 and I found many items that fit well, to include jeans, which is usually hard for me. Thank you again Carolyn and David. “What can I say about Brooks Brothers? Since there was a little girl my father was confined to a wheelchair. He was raised in Manhattan and had a very particular and peculiar way of thinking and dressing. He was very frugal but all his clothes came from Brooks Brothers be it his pajamas to his socks. When the shop in Chevy Chase opened my father was so happy. I would drive him there about once every two or three years. And he would stock up on his pajamas and other small items. He really had to buy new clothes because as I said he wasn't a wheelchair and not particularly active. But always appropriately dressed. One of my best stories about Brooks Brothers is as my father aged he developed more and more idiosyncrasies probably because he was confined to a wheelchair. One of his fears was when he was in a vehicle being driven by someone else he was terrified of making left hand turns. So I mapped out a way to get from our house, about 2 miles at most from Brooks Brothers making only right hand turns. And then I had to map out a way to come home using only right hand turns. It was an adventure but it's soothed his soul.”

“Gap is considered "old school" in the retail clothing game, but their tee shirts and denim jeans are still timeless. And let's not forget about the oversized hoodie with the Gap logo on it...iconic! Stopped by this location to browse the clearance racks. Walked in on another epic Gap sale...an extra 50% off markdowns! Y'all, I wasn't the least bit disappointed. No picked over racks here! Snagged a few deals and steals. Special mention: I absolutely love this store. Merchandise presentation is on point. The well dressed mannequins look like a work of art. Display cases and shelves are always organized. Selection is top-notch...a bevy of styles and sizes. Friendly and helpful staff who genuinely care about your shopping experience. Please don't hesitate to ask any one of them for help. FYI: Due to the pandemic, a face mask is required. All of the team members were masked up. Registers are surrounded by plexiglass. Pro tip: This particular location has an adorable collection of clothing for kids...everything from tee shirts and denim to accessories.”
