“The gentlemen were incredibly professional. We appreciated the approach of surveying what was moving and what was remaining, and also on arrival to new home. I appreciated the senior veterans of the group who spoke up and gave good corrective feedback in realtime and taught the less seasoned members of the team. They were all very respectful of our new space- taking off shoes etc to enter carpeted areas. They worked hard and efficiently, and cleaned as they went. They worked well together as a team, with positive energy and communication. They listened to each other and helped each other out. We could not have been happier with our move, and nothing is broken!”

Peter was super helpful as I had a lot of questions about the move but he made it clear about what to expect and confirmed my date and time. The two gentleman showed up promptly at 8:30 and the started right away moving items into the truck, they were finished in no time and off to my new place. “Seamless long-distance move from DC to North Carolina in October, 2025. Jason Bass did an initial, in-person walk-through (a step that many companies skip) and provided an estimate that proved to be 100% accurate. The moving crew (led by Zonai Ruiz) was friendly and conscientious. They wrapped and inventoried literally everything, from my best furniture down to the vacuum cleaners. Anything removable or breakable (shelves in bookcases, glass table tops, bottles, etc.) was wrapped with care. They finished up around noon on a Tuesday, and were already at the house in North Carolina by 10 the following morning. They unloaded the truck, reassembled what had been taken apart, and put everything in its proper place with the same care as the day before. I cannot recommend Town & Country highly enough.”
