“Seems like only unhappy people want to leave reviews so I wanted to share my experience. I want to commend the Great Nation team for accommodating me and my family on very short notice. They arrived on time and were extremely efficient, thorough and careful throughout our entire moving process. Our items we wrapped and packed securely. They were able to get all of our big, heavy furniture out of our house without any damage to our walls, floors etc. we have narrow stairways and when we moved in the previous company dinged and damaged the walls quite a bit. The workers were courteous and mindful of our stuff, communicative and fast. They completed our move very expeditiously and we are super happy and thankful for their help”

“Not all U-Haul are same.
This U-Haul is fantastic. The staffs are friendly, and they get the work done.
I was planning to rent out a trailer next monday, however needed the right hitch, so went to two locations to ask about which hitch I need to get installed on my car, to make sure the trailer and my car are leveled.
I went to U-Haul in Rockville first. Waited for an hour and gave up. They said, someone will help out, and eventually no one showed up. Got so frustrated and left.
At King Farm, they were so nice and they installed the right hitch for me. Excellent service. With such team, there is no need to worry about running the place. Professional and such friendly. Greatest experience you can have for someone who really don't have a single idea how this trailer thing works.

James Price and his team did an outstanding job in packing and moving our household. They were careful, efficient and very pleasant to work with through the moving process. “Had a great moving experience with these guys, the Packers from CO, driver who delivered to PA, all awesome people. Pricing was adjusted accordingly so I did pay a little more. Did not have them move fragile items other than a TV which came in perfect shape. They may have done a little overestimate for cu. Ft but it was ballpark accurate.Shout out to Tomas from CO, and the South American 50 year old driver champ!! (Sorry forgot your name!)Dispatch relayed necessary info, and had payment doable over phone/card. Final payment was via certified check. First payment via Steve was simple and easy as well. Never heard back from him but he was pleasant to speak with as well.”
