I’ve had a gift card that I’ve been trying to get rectified for almost 2 years now and today the manager Amanda stepped in and called customer service for me herself and attempted to get it situated. “I have always liked JCPenney's My only complaint is they keep most of their shopping baskets at the checkout which is at the middle of the store. Being an elderly senior citizen it is nice to have them at the entrance because we depend on them to hold on to the mazooie walk. “I would like to recognize an outstanding employee, Hafsa Begum, who assisted me during my visits to Zara on November 19th and November 20th.
I initially did not plan to ask anyone for help, but Hafsa approached me with such kindness and professionalism that I felt compelled to share this experience. Since Zara does not provide shopping carts, she personally held all the items for me—including jackets and clothing—while guiding me through the store. She walked me to the fitting room, waited outside, and each time something didn’t fit, she immediately went to find the correct size without hesitation.
I returned the next day to shop for my daughter. Even though Hafsa normally works in the women’s department, she came upstairs with me to the kids’ section and helped me all over again: finding sizes, holding items, and making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.
What stands out the most is that she has only been working at Zara for a few days, yet she carries herself with the professionalism and care of someone with years of experience. Her customer service, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond truly made a difference.
