“I came in from out of town to visit family and looked for a local cigar shop. Raymond helped me out promptly, and was very welcoming. The shop has a fair selection, and prices which I believe to be reasonable (again as someone from out of town). The lounge was active, and the atmosphere was also very welcoming. “I've gone to Smokers Wild for a long time. They have almost anything you can think of. You are always greeted with a smile and a hello how are toy. The owner, along with both his employees are very nice and can tell they value their customers. There are only a few parking spots in the front of the building, but if you go around the back, there is an open lot, so it's always easy to park. The shop is small but there is a lot packed in there. I know a lot of people that go here and they always have what they want and if they don't they will get it in”

“I was at a friend's place helping her move. We were in for the night. We wanted to get some wine but too tired. I found out HRL delivers. Free if it's the order is over 35.00 & within a certain area. We were located outside the "normal delivery boundary." so it was a 6.99 delivery charge which was reasonable. I did have to call for the status of the delivery, but it was held up because they were out of one product & needed to see about replacement. HRL did try to contact me prior but somehow, I missed the call. The store staff was apologetic, but it wasn't their fault. They did delivery immediately after we spoke of a substitute. The delivery guy was friendly & professional. Asked for ID as he should delivering liquor. Prices were reasonable & good service I'm sure we'll use them again for either pick-up or delivery or delivery.”

“Purchased many items from this store Yesterday was the first time I've ever had an issue. Got home and realized the pipe was cracked, brought it back the next day and the only question they had was which would you like to switch with or would you like a refund. Perfect transaction I even left with alittle better pipe then I originally purchased. Will remain a customer with the Fallston store those guys are great and always very friendly Thanks”

“Dan's is a cool place with a great selection of sticks and nice people.During my last visit One of the TVs in front of my comfortable chair stopped working (the wall is full of them).I swear the staff didn't stop working on it until it was fixed, then returned to check it's status.I recommend Dan's because they have a well stocked humidor, comfortable soundings, and the staff is very hospitable.The only downside is that the Member section was once open to the public. The result is a less room to spread out. For non members. Not a big deal!”
