“After frequenting multiple establishments from Columbia to Baltimore, I have found none as honest, endearing, and professional as Smoke District. I have been attempting to find a very specific type of shisha for some time and the owner was able to provide me with the exact product I wanted and made recommendations for alternate products. There was no upselling or pushing, but he did make a recommendation for a brand and flavor that has ruined all other flavors for me (in the best way!). I haven’t experienced customer service or knowledge from any business since my home shop Telfords, back in California. I will be frequenting this spot and only this spot for years to come.”

“There is a sense of camaraderie that is unmatched by any other cigar shop I have been to in the area. They indoctrinated me into the world of actually ENJOYING tobacco and all the flavors/palate there is. Always a cheery good energy here and even for a novice, the workers here are VERY knowledgeable. I started going here since I was 19 and never had a bad experience. The events they throw are epic! And the giveaways are worth the trip. Even as a young person, patrons showed me the ropes of cigar shop etiquette which I think is important for anyone wanting to get into this. It’s all about ambiance. Can’t wait till my next visit. It’s been a while.”

“I was at a friend's place helping her move. We were in for the night. We wanted to get some wine but too tired. I found out HRL delivers. Free if it's the order is over 35.00 & within a certain area. We were located outside the "normal delivery boundary." so it was a 6.99 delivery charge which was reasonable. I did have to call for the status of the delivery, but it was held up because they were out of one product & needed to see about replacement. HRL did try to contact me prior but somehow, I missed the call. The store staff was apologetic, but it wasn't their fault. They did delivery immediately after we spoke of a substitute. The delivery guy was friendly & professional. Asked for ID as he should delivering liquor. Prices were reasonable & good service I'm sure we'll use them again for either pick-up or delivery or delivery.”

“Love this place. This is a tiny neighborhood cigar shop and it is exactly what one should expect. I feel like I’m transported in time to when small independent shops were the purveyors of specialty items. It’s small and the selection is good for anyone into cigars or even curious about getting into them. You should expect and be willing to pay slightly higher than a big walk in humidor shop, but I am happy to do so. I like to buy a premium stick at times and they started carrying more tins which I enjoy for something quick. Theres often a small table and chairs outside so you can DIY your own smoking section right there if you have the time. We need more places like this.”

“A wonderful unassuming gem of a cigar shop/lounge. The service was impeccable and to the point with no upsell or anything. I visited 3 days in a row and though an experienced cigar smoker, I asked for recommendations since they had some things made especially for the shop. Every pick was a hit and in a great price range. Will visit again anytime I'm back in town.”

“I stopped by this store on a humble looking for a certain product. I went right into the store, no one was in there, I found exactly what I needed In less than 3 minutes, i scan the store and the carry a lot of products. I was kinda rushing was unsure about the parking on the side of the store didn't want to walk out to any surprise tickets.”
