“I was on a family vacation in Ocean City, Maryland and my IPhone decided to completely die on me. I went to the Verizon store on 127th street and Lexi was phenomenal. Despite being the only employee working on a holiday, she was kind, patient, and got me set up with a new phone as quickly as she could while making sure I understood how to use it before I left. Lexi is by far the best Verizon employee I’ve dealt with regarding customer service and I would return to this Verizon location solely because of how great she was. Thank you, Lexi!”
