“Tywan was incredible when helping me with my phone replacement. I lost my phone in the ocean and he was quickly able to get a replacement phone for me. He even helped me to recover my Apple ID information from my iPad to make the transition as easy as possible. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a new phone!”
“Daletez at MDOCS AT&T was fantastic! Friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He answered all my questions, made everything easy to understand, and never made me feel rushed. If you need help ask for Tez!!”
“Very easy and pleasant experience. Teyon was very friendly and helpful and made sure we got a great deal. Would absolutely come here again for future phone needs and would recommend him to others.”

“I was on a family vacation in Ocean City, Maryland and my IPhone decided to completely die on me. I went to the Verizon store on 127th street and Lexi was phenomenal. Despite being the only employee working on a holiday, she was kind, patient, and got me set up with a new phone as quickly as she could while making sure I understood how to use it before I left. Lexi is by far the best Verizon employee I’ve dealt with regarding customer service and I would return to this Verizon location solely because of how great she was. Thank you, Lexi!”
