“When you're not okay and needing a late night snack to get you good for heading home this is absolutely the spot! Thank yall so much for tolerating us and preparing some wonderful food for us to eat! Chicken salad, corn nuggets and cheese sticks were all amazing but the kind service really puts them over the top!!!”
“I love this store! The people here are very pleasant and helpful. Their meat quality especially the beef is awesome, nice cuts of meat. They have a great deli with Dietz&Watson deli products. And another thing I would like to add is that when meat or other popular items are on sale they are stocked thru the last day of sale! Plus you earn $ on items you buy every month. This store is also very clean.”

“This is a mandatory stop when I go to Ocean City for vacation from Pittsburgh. I have always been fond of Food Lion. They remind me of giant Eagle in Pittsburgh. The stores are clean. There’s a big selection and the cashier’s are friendly. I used to visit Foodland a lot when I was in the military and stationed in Norfolk Virginia I love this store.”
“I love picking up the Kimchi that is made here a couple of times a year. I personally think the Kimchi, along with all the other homemade pickled items, are fabulous. The meat and cheese selection they choose is also awesome to have as there are not many fancy grocery stores in Southern DE, or MD so these niche shops for this are a necessity! “Usually have good experiences. But really hit and miss in summer. Last grocery pickup we got one opened food item, and rotten onions. Onions thst were sold individually so had to be handled to be bagged! Hard to believe this wasn't noticed. And no way to get a refund online once you get 30 minutes away and notice.
4 stars because going inside is usually easy, friendly staff, and not to long a wait.”

“I know this store is being demolished & rebuilt on the former Rose's site, so everyone knows it is old & obsolete. But selection is pretty good for the size. Staff is friendly. And though the parking lot is literally crumbling, it's easy to get in & out of. Expectations for the new Acme store will be much higher.”

“A beautiful beach ....clean and family friendly. Also, at the one end you can fish and bring your dog. Please bring shade for your pup though. We saw a few dogs with NONE while the owners seemed oblivious to the heat for them ?. The beach has a concession stand, rest rooms and a place to rinse off after the beach. Parking was $10 for a non resident and then $5 for residents. Or you can purchase a pass....$35 for a resident and $70 for out of state. Dogs can go on the beach at the fishing end of the beach but must remained leashed. Looked like 5pm on it was popular to walk the dogs.”

“I got to OC late Saturday night, so Sunday morning I just didn't want to get back in the car. I walked around the corner from the rental house and here I am. The store is small but stocked with a lot of beer and wine, and a bit of everything else too! It's clean and well-lit, and the lovely lady behind the counter is friendly. I got milk, cream, eggs, chips and some beer for later. Perfect!”
“Was on vacation and got a nail in my tire. I stopped in and they took care of my tire right away. I wasn't even there for 15 minutes. Fast and friendly service. Will go back”

“Ended up here lost on a rainy night. My phone had died, it was dark, and I was over an hour away from home. I walked in and was greeted with one of the nicest employees I’ve met at a dollar store. She greeted me upon arrival, took me to the phone chargers, and was very pleasant and kind. Great to see great people still in this broken and tattered world. Also got zebra cake right near exit. Tough decision between that and a double decker oatmeal crème pie.”
“This place has a bit of everything. It has very narrow aisles and is usually a bit messy. Still, if you need to pick up something on a hurry they probably have it.”
