“Thank you, National! Not only do I love their very easy Emerald Club experience of being able to choose my own car. I left my wallet under the seat of my rental in a very very busy Baltimore Rental Car facility. Luckily I had time to go back to the center before my flight. Two hours had gone by though so the car was long moved but not yet clean. The customer service agent on the floor went up and looked through a sea of cars to find mine and my wallet! I could not be more thankful.”

“Been using Alamo through my Amex. Last rental was exceptional. Didn't have the QX80 available, instead received the Jeep Wagoneer. Exceptional, excellent, comfortable and plus my wife like the over all features. Fairly brand new total 761 miles when I was done couting the 267 miles I logged.”

“I have been renting from this location for at least 10 years. We have never had a bad experience. On 1 occasion there was an issue but it was taken care of immediately. Tedi is AMAZING at what he does. He always looks out for his customers. We just recently rented a suv & already have another reservations for June 2024. He is the best.”
“You can imagine the stress my daughter felt after striking a deer with her vehicle. I chose Enterprise (Glen Burnie, Md), as the rental company to use while waiting for the car to be repaired. The staff at this location couldn’t have been any more gracious and accommodating. They sure helped to relieve a lot of stress caused by the accident. Special thanks to the staff, including Jade, Dontaz, Victor and Eddie. They are truly assets to Enterprise. I will definitely use this location again for any of my rental needs.”
“Doug’s a genius! He solved the issue with my minivan in 10 minutes and refused to take any money since he felt it was a straightforward pop rivet. Others had quoted almost $600 for a fix. Awesome guy and my go to auto body person from now on. In case you were wondering, yes despite his protests I insisted on paying him for his efforts :)”

“I live here in Glen Burnie and had been renting cars from GB rentals on Crain Hwy, but they are no longer there. In need of a non national car rental chain my search found RentAwreck here in GB that also have a neighborhood/local car renting philosophy and decided to book a reservation. Today is the end of my rental period and the whole experience was easy, friendly and very accommodating. From the beginning Alex explained the details of the pricing according to the type of card being used, he also made the first time process easy and clear to understand (now I am in the system on my next visit) and he knows his inventory quite well. On the return of the vehicle, they were not extremely busy as they were when I picked the car up (and even then I was in and out quickly) and since I am local they drove me back home. My experience was very professional.”

“The car rental bldg house all the rental car companies, it was a good experience getting to the bldg because they have buses running every 8 to 10 minutes, the trip is about 10 minutes from the airport, to pick up the car was very easy, there are signs everywhere directing the costumer to their car, it was a very pleasant experience”

“When I want a ride to the airport I do not call a cab. I rely soley on Baltimore Limo to pick me up on time and get me to whatever airport my flight is leaving from. When I come back I know that BWI airport Limo will have a driver waiting for me. Why would I want to risk waiting for a cab that may not show up. My job is too important. When travel in and out of Annapolis , the airport transfer from Baltimore Limo is the only option for me.”
“Easy to navigate airport. Security lines were short at time I went. Many rental car companies on site or nearby by shuttle, Uber, Lyft and taxi readily available. Gaming machines, shops and restaurants while you wait. The only complaint, we were told by 2 attendants directing shuttles that our flights on American Airlines and Frontier would be in different terminals so my travel partner would not be able to meet up after going through the security checkpoint. We both ended up in the same terminal, Gate D area.”
“I’m not big on reviews but this one was worth it. The process was painless and quick. I had called several times just to make sure the answers and prices did not change and they didn’t. When I arrived, the owner Charles assisted me and didn’t make me feel like I was being rushed or pressured. The environment was comfortable and I walked away with a car I didn’t think I would qualify for. Needless to say, they worked with me and gave me a lot of knowledge and blessing at the same time. Don’t waste time y’all, they about they business there! The owner there has been in business for over 20 years and when I saw him, it hit me, I brought my first car from him at 23 and now I’m 38 lmbo…won’t he do it!! This is a great company to try out y’all! I’m serious!”

“I recently went to a car from NextCar Wheaton Maryland the sales agent Abdul K***** was very patient also very professional and knowledgeable! Even though my car was not there he worked very diligently to make sure that I had a car for me even gave me a free upgrade because my car was gone Mr. Abdul really went out of his way to put a customer first thank you once again!!”
“1. The car was rented for accident car repair and it was good. However, I had to pay out of pocket for the excess cost beyond insurance approved cost. The rental agent was good an explained clearly.2. The car had some issues like battery for key was low and it was time for oil change and message kept popping.3. The repair by next door garage took 4 weeks which was way high for 2000$ worth of side body paint and dents.4. I needed to change for an approved car so out of pocket cost would not mount. I called 3 times starting beginning of 2nd week but couldn’t get a replacement. They said we will call when available but never got one any call.”
“I frequently use Sterling Car Rental whenever getting any maintenance done to my car that requires it to be dropped off all day. They come right up to the dealership to pick me up and then drop me off back at the dealership after the work has been completed on my car. I've had the pleasure of interacting with Clarissa (I think that's here name) and Phyllis and both were extremely pleasant, friendly, and helpful. I was able to get on my way fairly quickly during pick up and drop off. Additionally, the cars I've rented have always been clean and in good condition. The one time I had to self-pay, the price was extremely reasonable. The only thing I'd change is that there is someone in the office who wears way too much cologne or perfume and that scent is very disruptive and caused me a headache. Other than that, I've had a great experience during each of my visits to this location to rent a car.”
