“Amazing customer service from Tanya. She was so friendly and nice. Could tell she actually wanted to help rather than sell products. Cory was also amazing helping us locate the perfect type of bed we were looking for when we first came in. We came back a second time after checking other places the customer service alone reeled us back in.”

“I got a great deal purchasing a mattress for my mother, who is 86 yrs old, at Mattress Warwhouse in Columbia MD. Kevin helped us find exactly what she was looking for. As part of the deal, we also ended up getting a frame that reclines electrically. I can see this being very practical and helpful for an elderly person. Kevin also threw in an other goodies to sweeten the deal. I definitely recommend this establishment. Let Kevin help you.”

“The sales person Aaron at the Glen Burnie store was very knowledgeable and helpful without trying to steer us to any one product. We picked the right bed for us. The delivery team led by Jose was excellent and had the mattresses installed within minutes despite the rainy weather. Everyone was very respectful and customer oriented. I was not looking forward to a mattress buying experience but the customer service from purchase to installation was top notch and painless on our end.”

“We were interested in a particular mattress, and this was the only store in the Baltimore area that had it. The store is not much to look at from the outside, or even in the inside. But they had a wide selection of mattresses, and we were able to test all of them to be sure that we picked one we wanted. Purchase was easy. Delivery was on time, very reasonable, and they took away our old mattress. Would definitely buy a mattress here again.”

“Huge selection of sofas and chairs with cushions that are not attached. Sales associates were friendly and helpful. Design associate knew what to do and helped with the selection process. Took delivery of area rug ahead of furniture at no extra charge. Both the delivery technicians arrived during the assigned time and knew what they were doing installing the rug. We appreciated the early delivery. The furniture delivery was on the day and time requested. Both men on the delivery team were professional. Moved two pieces of the old furniture into the garage with no problems. Our sales consultant, Lisa, did a great job. Overall, the entire process from design to delivery was superb, I would not hesitate from ordering from them again.”

“Bought a very firm mattress and 2 end tables. I needed taller end tables since new mattresses are very thick. The sales woman was excellent and helpful. The only concern I have is Gavigans does NOT take away the old mattress. You need to get a third party involved and pay them. Now the man who took away my old mattress was strong, did a great job and his cost was fair. BUT STILL!!”

“Our rep was very helpful. She took time to show us around the showroom and then allowed us time to wander on our own. We purchased two items which are not available within the same window. She proactively asked her manager to allow for split delivery so that we didn’t have to pay twice for delivery. That could have been a dealbreaker for us. Finally the furniture choices and quality are outstanding. Though we haven’t received delivery yet I think we’ll be very pleased with our choices.”
