Lesley, in particular, was praised for her efficiency, knowledge, and willingness to assist with quick exchanges and discounts for military personnel. The store is committed to fast delivery, often arranging exchanges within a week to ensure customer satisfaction. While most customers find the service helpful and professional, some mentioned a staff member who was overly close or stared too much, which made them uncomfortable. Overall, Havertys Furniture is known for its quality, great customer service, and dedication to helping customers find the perfect pieces to enhance their homes.
