“The coolest old school gym vibe around. And Loneta at the front desk is a ball of dynamite every morning. Most people just say good morning. Every day she asks how I’m doing. She has pushed me to get after it when I’m not motivated and she has done the same for others. I don’t know the vibe in the afternoons, but the morning group is awesome. Just don’t skip days, or Loneta will get on you. But that’s a good thing. Cowboys stink. Go Birds! 🦅”
