“I want to start by saying that the staff at this Gold’s Gym are truly exceptional. Torre, the General Manager, along with Roberto and Leneta, deserve major shoutouts. Their energy, positive vibes, and genuine helpfulness are remarkable. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel like I was part of a community—even though I had just met them. That kind of warmth and encouragement is rare, and it genuinely motivated me going into my workout.

I’m an avid Gold’s Gym goer and have trained at multiple locations, and I can honestly say I’ve never experienced this level of customer service, friendliness, and sense of community at another Gold’s Gym. The staff here is absolutely top-notch—the gym truly wouldn’t be what it is without them.

That said, as someone who takes training seriously and values Gold’s Gym as a bodybuilder-focused brand, I do wish the equipment were more consistent with other locations. This gym works well for the majority of my workouts, but some branches offer more elite equipment. For the price we’re paying, it would be great to see upgrades—especially when it comes to leg equipment. Adding machines like a Pit Shark or other higher-end leg options could make a huge difference for serious lifters and help bring this location in line with the Gold’s Gym standard.
