He was prompt, courteous, and knew his products. I selected a carpet and he put the rest into action. The workers that handled the install, led by Ariv, were terrific. They got right to work, moved furniture, disassembled the bed, then put all back when finished. They were courteous, left the area spotless, and the carpet looks beautiful. “My husband and I went to a seminar first which Frank and his colleague gave. From what Frank talked about during the seminar and a long chat after the seminar, we evaluated Frank's experience and expertise which he cultivated over decades. Such made us move forward with our project, replacing flooring at the foyer and connected family room, which was on our radar for a long time. Honestly, we could not find a company or a person whom we could fully trust for a long time. Frank came to our house at least four times for consultation, with samples, to talk about details, w/o any charge. He also gave us additional information, such as how we need to take care of our newly installed flooring, etc. Frank was very responsive all the time. “This is a much belated review. Several years ago Dave, Mo and crew at All Eco Design Center did a fabulous job renovating our kitchen, three bathrooms, and two porch areas. I highly recommend them; their workmanship is of the highest quality. The advice given at All Eco Design Center was excellent; the staff is very knowledgeable. During the project and after completion of the work the communication has been great. A true test of a renovation is how the fixtures, appliances, cabinets, tiles and flooring hold up over the years. “I was recommended to Wellman from a friend of mine who used them for several projects. After meeting with Sharifa, I felt that I found a long lost friend. I came with a picture frame that I wanted to use for my kitchen cabinets. She immediately showed me the color and style that fit perfectly. Then I explained my vision about a hint of color. When we went to the backsplash area I located a very unusual design. Once we had that all set, Sharifa showed me a counter top that brought all the colors together as well as the hardware. We used several different styles for the cabinet doors, the pantry doors, and the drawers. We changed up the sink to one sink instead of two with a gorgeous brass faucet. Sadly, we couldn't use the ceiling fixtures I wanted because we didn't realize the ceiling was concrete and we could only use one fixture. Couldn't break open the ceiling as that would not have passed the condo requirements. Every afternoon, when the work crew left, they cleaned up and swept the area they were working on. You would have never known I was remodeling my kitchen. The general contractor, was Duane, the husband of Sharifa. I so appreciated this was a small business and family owned. I truly enjoyed working with everyone in their entire team.”

I made a mistake and mis-measured when ordering my bathroom vanity. It was very close to being the right size, but the vanity top was a little too big and the bathroom door wouldn't close. Sebastian was very patient, talked me through all of my options, looked at pictures of the problem, and through a couple of phone calls resolved my problem without a huge expense. “We have had several remodeling projects over the past 2 years and have visited many bath and kitchen design stores in the DMV. But we keep returning to Porcelanosa N. Bethesda for 1) Lillia Saenz's expert assistance and 2) some of the best, most beautiful tiles/kitchen/bath items for sale in the DMV (although you often have to plan around delivery from Europe). Lillia's design eye is most impressive. Looking at our lousy, cramped cellphone photos she was still able to size up the rooms quickly and make wonderful suggestions that worked with our vision of the end product. She is the ONLY sales rep at any store with whom we have this relationship. We think she is terrific (kudos to her!) and we love the Porcelanosa items she helped us select--from tiles/cabinets/lavatories to the perfect matching grout. (Note: Customers have different expectations, but we personally care more about final results than we do about being greeted when we come into a store.)”
