“I have found A T&T difficult to deal with on a corporate level, especially in getting my bill straight and sent to me and not to someone else. BUT I have to say that Edwin and Carlos two employees at the Olney Maryland Store were exceptionally helpful and took the time to guide me through the questions that I had and do what they could to straighten out my bill. I visited at different times and days and one both occasions that I had these two employees, I found them to be cheerful, informed, friendly, cooperative and understanding. I want to express my gratitude to them and AT&T for having such men working for you in dealing with your customers.
