“Nauticon is the BEST copier company in Maryland. They have provided us multiple machines at 4 different companies for the past 25 years, from DC to Balto and their service, prices and professionalism is outstanding. If your copier or scanner is down they are on site to repair w/in hours, no questions asked. My scanner went down this AM in the middle of our annual audit and Mr. Larry got the IT "pro from dover", Mr. Jarrod, to take over our computers and copier and fix the problem in minutes. They are the BEST! Would not consider anyone else. Thanks.”

May I suggest having a dedicated individual for printing services and one for shipping services? Not sure if corporate allows it but it would perhaps streamline things for everyone.”

Although more expensive than CVS, $20/per person. The store is very small and full of packages all over the place.”

It was fragile and I stressed how important it was they are careful with packaging it since they wouldn’t do it in front of me but rather in the back. The worker who was there was helpful but wasn’t the nicest wasn’t so impressed. But the package came in one piece even though box was pretty beaten up. Listen at the end of the day not greatest experience but happy they got the job done.”
