If I could give this location 0 stars I would, the worse customer service. Every person in there were disrespectful and not nice. Not professional. Will not be going back ever. I was in town from PA and I had never experienced something so horrendous. They need to be re trained and educated on how to interact with diverse members and treat everyone as equal.You can tell by your reviews that I am not the only person who feels the same.

So… I completely let the survey expire that went directly to management, but that doesn’t mean I can’t rave about my experience here.Sherica, a banker at this location, was incredibly helpful to me in purchasing my new car. She consulted with me about financing and within 15 min of leaving her to talk to the dealership, she informed me I was approved. From there, she made sure I got a check and all in one day, I was in my new ride. Her and the branch manager, Yimage were beyond helpful.I know that part of my sparkling experience was because I have good account history and keep diligent on paying back my debts, but everyone helped so much to make an otherwise, brutally aggravating, experience of buying a car, into a piece of cake.Thank you so much Sherica and Yimage.Oooo… and Truist, Sherica even told me about other things I could do with your bank, like a business account, so she went above and beyond.

The WORST ever the customer service is way below average and ms.shireka was professionally RUDE I have only one good thing to say about the whole experience they had a lower interest rate then SECU that's the only reason why I followed through with the whole deal

Even with the turnover at this branch it's still going. Sherica has so much patience and is so polite, I loved working with her on my account issues last week and Janine is always so helpful with my deposits. This team works hard and always does the best they can.

This location seriously went downhill since the days when I first started banking with them just over a decade now. When the bank tellers from back left one by one I started seeing & unfortunately experiencing a drastic shift in customer service. They’re alot slower in getting people in & out so the lines will be backed up more often than the past. Whenever I have a question about anything, their typical response is to call some BBT/Truist customer service line for help instead. They’ll often close the drive thru line before closing time which is extremely annoying!! They are slower to cash my checks compared to the helpful ladies that was there 7 years+ ago. The old crew used to be helpful & ready to immediately set up a meeting no matter how problematic the situation the customer would have. They would be willing to help but this new crew. I can’t stand them. The whole BBT to Truist recent switchover was a clusterf*-* as well for the online service but that’s more of a gripe with the whole business.

Worse bank ever. I have been unsatisfied with the bank since they transitioned from BBT to Truist. Online banking is a joke, the app is a hot mess. I have never been more disappointed in a bank. Everything about the bank is frustrating. Currently I’m unable to log into my account, this only happens about once a week. How frustrating is it to have money in a account but cannot access it. No worries. I will be switching completely to Navy Federal. This bank won’t be around long. WATCH!!! If I could give no stars I would.

This branch has a bank manager, Mr. Stephen Gobewole, who has no desire to help his customers with questions regarding their account. I had some unexplained transactions on my account. Mr. Gobewole refused to do a proper investigation into why these transactions were happening. He was rude, dismissive and kept interrupting and talking over me as I tried to explain my concerns. I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in order to get someone to help with this matter, as Mr Gobewole refused to give me the name of his supervisor. After the complaint was filed, I was contacted by the consumer advocate unit with BBT who was able to understand where the problem was with my account and resolve it without issue....which is something Mr. Gobewole refused to do. This was the worst experience with any bank I have ever had.

I’ve been to this branch several times today being my last. I asked them to write a letter just confirming my address which was supposed to be done yesterday. They gave me no assistance. They say they’re short staffed yet the branch manager isn’t letting any of his RB’s take some responsibility. It’s just common sense for a task that minor to be handled by an employee to compromise and make it time consuming for the company and client. I asked how long it would be before he finished with his client because I needed the document and they couldn’t even give me an ETA. Instead they suggested me to go to a different branch. Last time i had an issue with this branch because I asked to take out 6k. They tried to lie to me saying i wasn’t able to take funds out of my account before I told them how they were lying and explained my funds availability due to me also being a relationship banker myself. I feel like they are very profiling at this branch. It’s funny when black people look at black people that way. .

No customer service. They ignore customer. Phone system is archaic, can't get in touch with anyone. Don't keep call back appointments.Drive thru is terrible. Teller screams at people, saying I don't know you! I don't know her either.

Rude bank tellers. Unprofessionally dressed staff. Teller's with unprofessional piericing's in théir lips and face's. Outlandish tatooes showing on bank teller's as well. Teller named Joy is rude and unpleasant. Terrible attitude. Tellers never smile, the mood is " what do you want?" I felt that my service is not a contribution to the business. Most rude customiser service agent's I've ever experienced.

The white, curly haired lady working the window is the most unprofessional individual I’ve came across in a very long time. It’s a shame with the things going on around us that people still find it so hard to just have common courtesy.
