“Excellent customer service, the gentleman that interacted with my son with while he looking for a graduation balloon for my grandson was polite and professional. The store was clean, spacious and didn’t have boxes of inventory cluttering the aisles. I would definitely shop here because of the customer service.”

“I love this store because they have some really great items from household items to everything you need for a party. I was disappointed when the one closed that was closed to me, but I was willing to travel cross town a good distance from my home to get what I needed.”

“I didn't purchase anything that was worth sharing a photo of oh, but I do like shopping at the various locations because they offer a wide variety of products at reasonable prices. The Staffing is Hidden Mist, sometimes nice and sometimes not so nice. Overall this company has become a staple in many low to middle-income families and is definitely a blessing. I would recommend anyone to shop here for a quick stop.”

“I'm not so into families, but dollars are pretty great. If you're careful this place will save you a few dollars, and give you an escape from family at the same time. I've spent half my kids college savings on textured, self-adhesive wall tiles and zebra-painted, framed mirrors. Don't tell Deb. She thinks I melted aluminum foil to the existing wood plankboard wall in my glam cave. Nope $400 worth of peel-and-stick foil rectangles. Skylar won't make it past 11th year anyway. 🤷🏼♂ and to be frank, a mirror shein wall is worth far more than a college degree these days. One earns you respect. The other years of debt.”

Staff can be hit or miss. People may be shoplifting sometimes. Things may be out of stock. Oh well.
Personally, never had any real issues with items being out of stock and the store is pretty clean. The staff is nice enough and people stealing in the store has nothing to do with me and it’s not like it’s the store’s fault it’s happening. People be stealing. Same with the occasional panhandlers outside.
In the last few months, the store has had a lot more stock on their shelves so really excited about that. Love going there to pick up face masks, bath-bombs and basic essentials like aluminum foil and toothpaste.”
“We had a great time. It was clean and tons of life guards. I wish I hadn't waited to late in the summer to go. We definitely will try to come back a few more times before school starts.”

“I stopped by the Dollar Tree on Liberty Road in Randallstown to pick up a few last-minute items for my dad’s birthday, including greeting cards, balloons, and a birthday hat. I was able to find everything I needed in one trip, which made preparing for the celebration quick and convenient.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and I appreciated their positive attitude despite how busy the store was. My only suggestions would be to improve the organization of some aisles and have more associates available at the registers. The checkout lines can get very long, especially during busy times.
Even with the longer wait, Dollar Tree is still a great place to grab party supplies, greeting cards, seasonal items, and those last-minute essentials. It’s a convenient neighborhood store that helped make my dad’s birthday celebration come together.”

“This store has more than you think it would. Detergent and dryer sheets, for a lot less than any place I've seen, not a generic brand, name brand products. Quite inexpensive and friendly people. In and out quickly. Products easily found in the store. Highly recommended.”
“Never been in this store. I went to another location and the fact that the employee did not speak upon entry, that turned me off so I ran into this location. While it was busy, I was surprised that the two employees, one of which was the manager, took care of every single customer. Each person that walked thru that door they were greeted and I absolutely loved that. I observed a young man whose phone went dead, the manager immediately allowed him to charge his device so he could pay for his items. The store was clean. No boxes in the aisle. The food items I did check, none were expired. The outside was clean, no trash anywhere. The manager name was STAR! I hope this company appreciates her and her outstanding customer service. I will definitely return.”

“The Family Dollar store at Edmondson Village is always well-stocked and has those last minute holiday gifts for every holiday. In particular, their cards for holidays are nice looking and are usually a dollar.
I enjoy stopping in for a snack or a soda, knowing they always have my preferred brand. They also have surprise goodies.
Lastly, I was so pleased with the customer service person who helped me yesterday morning. She has such a great attitude and I left with a smile on my face.”
