“Excellent customer service, the gentleman that interacted with my son with while he looking for a graduation balloon for my grandson was polite and professional. The store was clean, spacious and didn’t have boxes of inventory cluttering the aisles. I would definitely shop here because of the customer service.”

“I love this store because they have some really great items from household items to everything you need for a party. I was disappointed when the one closed that was closed to me, but I was willing to travel cross town a good distance from my home to get what I needed.”

“I didn't purchase anything that was worth sharing a photo of oh, but I do like shopping at the various locations because they offer a wide variety of products at reasonable prices. The Staffing is Hidden Mist, sometimes nice and sometimes not so nice. Overall this company has become a staple in many low to middle-income families and is definitely a blessing. I would recommend anyone to shop here for a quick stop.”

“I've been here before and it's a decent store as dollar stores go. I may update this after I actually get in the store this morning. The hours on the Google profile say 8:00 a.m. to 7 p.m., but this door definitely does not open at 8:00 a.m., at least not on Saturdays. I was there from 8:00 a.m. to 10 minutes after”

“The Family Dollar store at Edmondson Village is always well-stocked and has those last minute holiday gifts for every holiday. In particular, their cards for holidays are nice looking and are usually a dollar.
I enjoy stopping in for a snack or a soda, knowing they always have my preferred brand. They also have surprise goodies.
Lastly, I was so pleased with the customer service person who helped me yesterday morning. She has such a great attitude and I left with a smile on my face.”

“If I could give 100 stars I would . This is the best dollar general I ever been to. The lady at the register helped me budget on wrapping paper and tape once I told her I was on a budget she even gave me advice how to wrap my gifts . Thanks for the great experience! “I’ve been in Catonsville for 10 years now and I’ve been coming here and the gym next door for years. It’s actually a pretty decent store for a dollar store. Especially with the new manager there, Shawn, he is very very helpful and kind to all the customers and he goes above and beyond his scope of duties to make sure the customers feel welcomed and helped. Shawn the manager definitely makes the whole experience a lot better, I always see him taking care of each customer with full attention. Keep up the good work! SIDE NOTE: HIRE A SECURITY GUARD!
