“Had a great experience at Hobby Lobby! I was able to find everything I needed, and the customer service really stood out. Brandon was the associate who rang me out, and he went above and beyond by wrapping one of the gifts I purchased. He was very kind and took his time with it, which I really appreciated. It’s the little things like that that make a shopping experience memorable! Cynthia, the manager, was also wonderful. She was very kind, helpful, and on top of things — making sure cashiers were available and customers were being taken care of. I even witnessed another customer come in looking for a specific item, and Cynthia immediately helped direct them to where they needed to go. They came back very happy, which was great to see! Overall, everything went smoothly, I found what I needed, and I felt well taken care of. Thank you, Brandon and Cynthia, for the kindness and great customer service! 😊”

“Been here 20 or so times and I just came in with my son to pick up Crimson Desert. Zach has helped me everytime I’ve been here. He’s amazing at his job and very informative and polite. Give that man a raise plus he seems to be the only one that works there for years. Thanks again Zach :)”

“My nephew and I had the pleasure of meeting Tony today!!! He advised us on how best to proceed with a trimming a patio rug and also showed us which type of ribbon to use around the trim. Tony was SOOOO NICE, POSITIVE, PATIENT & HELPFUL. We left the store believing that we could actually do it! Thank you Tony for helping us and bringing so much positivity to our day! You are a gem 💎”

“This is one of the newer and nicer locations. Store is clean, well stocked, and organized. I like the self checkouts. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because more than once I’ve brought sale and clearance items up to purchase and they rang up as regular price. Staff helped to get me the correct price, but only after I went back to where I picked them up off of the shelf and had to show the employee the sign. It was a huge hassle but they honored the price that it was supposed to be. Also not a complaint with this store in particular, but I wish Michaels would go back to making the whole store craft supplies. It has sadly become half overpriced home decor, and half craft supplies.”
