Located in the busy and bustling Mills Station quarter in Owings Mills, it's in a perfect spot for your shopping needs. I was greeted and tended to in a very accommodating manner and the lady at the front desk was super sweet and kind. Definitely coming back”

I was thrilled to find a European vodka I hadn't tasted in a long time and even more excited to discover a range of unique Eastern European liquors that are hard to find elsewhere. “Small but charming. Plenty of space and next door to a Chinese carry out spot. Great selection of wine & spirits and the cashier , who I'm assuming owns the place, was very pleasant and helpful. Make sure you check out the mini moonshine and whiskey glass jars and minis. I found a new red wine from Argentina, can't wait to try it”

And the prices are good too, This is NOT the Mr. Charles that used to be. Make no mistake that this is a liquor store that makes a few Indian dishes on the side and carries a few snacks and condiments. Perfect local place to get your drunk on.”
“I don't shop here often, but I'll be returning more frequently. Yes, some of the prices are a dollar or two more than their competitors, but being greeted by a smiling, welcoming face is pretty rare. Additionally, the gentleman securing the shop (wonderful selection, btw!) thanked me for shopping with them on my way out. At the end of the day, I'd always rather pay a bit more for quality service and variety. New Town delivers.”

“Great local wine and spirit store. Bout a week ago (Shmurda voice)!!! I realized I was low and Sunday was nigh so I stopped by Wine and Barrel to get some spirits for my soul. Always clean. Always friendly. Always helpful and will come from behind the counter to assist. And IF (only if) something is open they are willing to allow taste test. The XXL Wine in Apple is delicious!!! 16% had my head bobbling. If you’re on Grand Central (or nah) great place to purchase your spirit groceries. Shop Local!! Be kind to one another it’s hard at here for business owners just like it is for consumers.”
