I went to the Drive Thru ATM and made a deposit of $20.00 and it kept my money with the screen reading "It did not detect any money," I called the CS they gave me a Provisional and told me to go into the Branch in the morning and when I went into the Branch (Owings Mills Md) they treated me with such professionalism acknowledged the ATM Error said they had the repair tech on the way and took care of the situation.....This is ANOTHER REVIEW: I went to the ATM again 12/28/23 and the same thing occurred with the ATM Drive Thru. It was a little after 4:00pm and I saw the Bank Employees so I drove up to the window and honked my horn. The Employee WILLIAM came to the window and on the speaker and told me that they were closed it was a little after 4:00. I was so saddened because I needed to deposit my cash. I asked WILLIAM what he suggested that I do and WILLIAM SAVED THE DAY!!! He told me that the Walk-In had an ATM in the Lobby. WOW THANK YOU WILLIAM YOU ARE A BLESSING!!!

This is my favorite small business and personal bank by far!!! I've used several in the past and none compare. Most of the bankers and tellers know you by name.

My mom and I went here today because we had to take of business regarding my dad who transitioned Memorial Day??. My mom had received a letter and we were concerned fraudulent activity may be afoot. I spoke with Shalia over the phone. She was professional, personable and explained it would be best if we came in so she could take a look ? and give us factual information. When we arrived, we were greeted right away. Shalia remembered us and took great care of us. Her colleague took the time to speak and each of them shared empathy for the transitioning of my dad. I am very pleased with our service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Poor customer service and my money was not safe at M&T!I went to close my account because I keep getting scam text messages regarding my M&T account. I went to the Owings Mills location and waited in line for about 15 minutes while the two tellers small talked with customers. Once I was waited on, I was told to have a seat to close an account. NO ONE WAS CALLED TO HELP ME. I walked out. Called them to speak to a manager. Shelia told me she was gone for the day and asked why I needed to speak to a manager. She took offense to what I had to say regarding her small talking and said I can make an appointment. I made the appointment for later that day. Walk in, sat for five minutes and listened to her talk about another customer to her colleague before I was acknowledged. She took my ID, closed the account. Didn't ask why I am closing it. Didn't give me any documentation that it was closed. Nothing. I made time today because the manager still hasn't called me yet.

Can't use drive thru because someone took the canister I cannot believe this blank only have one canister really!!! Who's managing this bank this is unbelievable people that's handicap now they're telling people they have to come inside that's the reason why handicap people go to the drive-through this is very unacceptable for me for M and T bank!!!!

This place has been really good to me. They are always helpful when I come in. I don't know why anyone has bad reviews for it because every single time I've been in there they have explained everything to me and helped me do whatever needs to be done. The bank tellers are quick and friendly and the manager has come to help if I request extra information. Im happy with my bank!

I have used M&T Bank for over 10 years now and I actually switched my home branch to the Owings Mills location (Groffs Mill Drive) because I have had such good experiences here. All of the associates go above and beyond to make sure I get what I need whenever I come in. The manager is the benchmark for what managers should be--she is funny, kind, SO knowledgeable, and strives to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. I recommend the Groffs Mill location to everyone I know!

REFUSE TO GIVE THIS PLACE ANY STARS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE ,WAITING IN LINE FOR 30 MINS AND IT WAS FOUR PEOPLE BEHIND THE COUNTER LAUGHING PLAYING THROWING INSULTS BACK AND FOURTH ,VERY UNPROFESSIONAL , THEN WHEN I GOT INLINE AND REQUESTED FOR A CASH ADVANCEMENT THE REP GOING TO SAY THEY DO NOT DO THEM AND HAVEN'T FOR TWO YEARS WHEN I WAS LITERALLY THERE LAST MONTH AND DID ONE JUST FINE ,SO OF COURSE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE I HAD TO GET CORPORATE INVOLVED AND THEY SAID THAT'S A COMPLETE LIE

By far one of the worst branches. We live minutes from this branch and it is always a new story about a rule or term that we did not follow for our account. We are closing our account and going to open a credit union account soon. I will be writing HQ and anyone else who will listen. Enough of treating customers poorly.

Every time I go to this branch, the tellers are rude and the service is ridiculously slow. I waited over 20min in the drive thru.
