As someone who works in customer service I really appreciate GREAT customer service and that is what I receive from Roosevelt every time we speak! He is always so pleasant and professional going over and beyond to help me with anything I need. I’m so lucky to have found this storage unit in such a convenient location.

Great storage unit it’s not too much traffic and it’s right off of 795 which makes it easier to get things out faster and to where it needs to go. The staff is super friendly including the manager Nick who took care of my needs! I highly recommend this storage place for your needs!

This is the worst property to rent from do not ever patronize their business! The elevator is broke, and Customer Service is horrible. Property manager does not do anything to help the customers out! The 800 number is just as bad. They are not helpful and they hang up on you. I had two different customer representatives hang the phone up on me.

I rented the unit to have full access. Not only do I have to wait hours to get into my unit the elevator is broken so it’s no way in unless I actually take off work to be here hour someone is on the property to open the stairs. Great location it’s a huge inconvenience. Not only did no one return my call. When I finally reached the young girl who is never at work, she goes to tell me oh well and speak to me like it was my problem.

Wanted to give 5 stars to start however rent just increased over 35% (thats about $100 more a month) in the new year. I understand things cost more, but that's a huge jump! ...and that's not going torward mouse traps or bait because there are droppings throughout my unit. Disappointing to say the least. Management?? Please feel free to reach out.--> Update 9/23, just received notice rent going up another 15% effective Oct, 2023. 30 days notice. Still nothing from management regarding damage. No wonder there were mouse droppings in my unit from the wort beer storage next to me that spilled into my unit.

Used for temporary storage for some furniture.Pro's: The place was pretty clean every time I went. The pricing was about average compared to other facilities.Con's: They have Extremely limited parking, with only 4 very tight spaces out front. I had to wait almost every time I went, and left on 2 occasions because it was taking too long for a spot to open. It was also impossible to talk to anyone there. The lobby was always empty and locked, even during business hours. Pressing the button for assistance did nothing, and calling the number just gets you a recorded message.

Owings Mills Dofield 21117 location will only allow a month to month lease instead of a 12 month lease. With that being said, at any random time they can, will and HAVE increased ones lease ONLY giving you a 30 day notice via email. (ASK ME HOW I KNOW).I downsized my unit because my monthly rent had increased to $259 monthly. My new unit was then prorated because of the downsizing/ switching over to that new unit… COOL. THAT CURRENT MONTHS RATE WAS $158.68. COOL ….THEN my 1st full months rent for that new unit size 5x10, was priced at $168. (Great). CATCH THIS - AFTER PAYING $168.00 for JUST 4 MONTHS MY RENT WENT UP TO $216.00. NOT COOL. NOT TO MENTION THEY WILL INCREASE YOUR RENT AT ANY RANDOM COST. That whole random, any cost, increase must have been in the ???????? & ?????? print EVER. IM A BUSINESS OWNER MYSELF AND JUST MY OPINION, BAD BUSINESS FOR LONG TERM CUSTOMERS. I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE HERE. I guess I’ll be making another adjustment- OUT THE DOOR THIS TIME. GOOD LUCK TO YA!

Look for another facility. This place is terrible. The entrance elevator has been broken for over a month. Three weeks ago the rear elevator became inoperable. After several attempts to contact the property manager regarding the issue I was forced to reach out to customer service. I still have yet to receive a call from the manager. This is a bad way to operate an establishment! If you're into carrying your furniture up flights of stairs, you've hit the jackpot!

Bad experience. I set up a rental but canceled before I ever moved in. I called the location and left several messages to notify the property manager I no longer needed the unit. My calls were never returned. I reached out to customer service to cancel the unit. I was advised I would be refunded but never received it. When I called to check on the refund, a month later, I was told I would only be refunded $21 of the $54 it took for me to reserve the unit. Now 2 months later I call customer service, because still no refund, I am told I will not get a refund and if I was it will only be $1 and I will need to talk to the location's property manager to be refunded the lock. And of course I get a voicemail again at the property. If I ever need to store anything again, it will not be with this company. I paid for a service I never used. Horrible customer service!

Facility elevators have been broken for several weeks and we have been unable to access our items . Very disappointed. Would not recommend this location due to poor customer service. Patrons at-least need convenient access to their things as promised.

This place is extremely behind on maintenance doors are not working. Gate is broken. The person at the desk was rude / sarcastic / not helpful.

Tiara is just a blessing She helped me transfer my unit and when both elevators weren’t working she did everything in her power to assist me and make things as easy as possible.Excellent property manager hands down
