This man is professional yet also personable, patient and kind. He goes out of his way to accommodate you, and makes difficult car situations so much less stressful. I called around 9am, asking if he could squeeze in a state inspection for a car we were coming into town to test-drive. We were coming from Frederick and wanted to have the car inspected and looked over before purchasing. Not only did he squeeze us in, he was able to do so earlier than anticipated. Serge was friendly and agreed to look over the car in general and let us know if he would recommend for purchase, apart from the inspection. He went above and beyond by telling us several things that we would never have known if we had not brought it to him, both good and bad. He did not charge us extra for this personal assessment and even advised us how much to offer on the car we wanted to purchase. Furthermore, this man is PATIENT. I called him back no fewer than 5 times within the hour to ask questions re: tag and title, state inspection report and other things and he remained kind and helpful.
