“Had an issue with my online order via the app and called customer service. Only on hold for a minute before I spoke with a very nice lady who immediately gave me the store phone number. Laura at Oxen Hill knew about my order as soon as I gave her the number, confirmed that it was being prepared and adjusted the order quantity for me. Felt like I was dealing with my local hardware store rather than a big box store. Thank you! Can’t wait to finish my project!”

“I highly recommend Better Appliances if you’re looking for top-quality, reliable appliances. I had a fantastic experience working with Hammad , who was both professional and extremely knowledgeable. He provided exceptional customer service and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. My Refrigerator, Washer and Dryer set were delivered quickly, and the delivery team did an outstanding job. Delivery Guys were incredibly respectful of my home, carefully removing my old appliances and expertly installing the new ones. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up correctly and took the time to show us how to use the appliances. I truly appreciate the teamwork and dedication of the entire staff, and I look forward to working with them again in the future!”

“ABW was recommended by our designer for our kitchen remodel after we had contacted 2 other brands that were not helpful. We're so glad to have been connected with this team! Liviston and Melanie were fantastic as we made mid-design changes and ensured everything flowed smoothly. We're very pleased with our finished kitchen and it would not have been possible without these rockstars. Highly recommend!”

“I want to take a moment to recognize Ashley for the amazing customer service she provided during my visit today. She was supportive, patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions with care and gave me personalized insight that helped me feel more confident in my options. She took her time with me and never made me feel rushed. Even though I know there were other customers in the store, Ashley made me feel like my needs mattered and that I was being fully taken care of. Because of the experience I had with Ashley, I stayed in the store longer, continued exploring my options, and I am now more willing to make a future purchase with Best Buy. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care made a lasting impression. Ashley is a true asset to your team, and I hope you know how much her service positively impacted my experience. Please recognize her for the excellent work she is doing.”

“I have worked with M & M before, so when I needed a new washer and dryer, I knew who to call. Eric M provided incredible customer service. After talking on the phone, he emailed me three great options, we agreed on a product, and he had the units delivered and installed within a few days. An incredible experience all without even having to leave my house. Highly recommend M & M for your appliance needs.”

“The automatic key cutter machine was different than I've use at other HDs, and there was no one available to help. Figured it out and even paid at the machine. Six dollars for a plain brass key is pretty expensive. And the decorative keys start at $9, far too expensive.”

“We had an excellent experience at this Home Depot! El Jah, the lot associate, was amazing. He helped us load a large patio set into our car and stayed positive the entire time, even though we had to try several different ways to fit the heavy boxes. His patience, professionalism, and willingness to help really stood out. Mike, the head cashier, was also incredibly helpful and made the whole experience even better. I truly appreciate the teamwork and great customer service from everyone involved. I also noticed that the associates had water available while working in the extreme heat, which says a lot about Home Depot taking care of its employees. It’s great to see a company supporting its team while they work hard to take care of customers. Thank you all for such a positive experience!”
