“I initially went to Ferguson's warehouse in Alexandria and a gentleman was very helpful and referred me to their showroom near Springfield for more selections.. I just purchased bathroom fixtures from the Springfield showroom which has an expansive display. Bernie is an exceptional salesperson!! He spent so much time explaining brand features and options and I am so appreciative.”
“Unfortunately I would give this location a negative 1 star due to the fact they could not match the mulch that was on sale 5 for 10 (Virgo $2 a bag). I had two employees and a manger in customer said they could match that, for the brand they have now (Scott). But when I went to cashier to get the bags, cashier said I can’t do that, ask for a manger and this other manger that came said I can’t do. I live very close by and now I have drive out of my way to another store location that farther! They lie about there deals and are sneaky about sale prices with hiding them. So corporate will hear this manager that said we can’t do, picket location all store obey by it!

I had a great experience with two employees name Raphael and Joe (will correct the name if I’m wrong) for helping me get a mechanic tool box, they were both very patient and took the time to get things rights, I respect Raphael going out of his way to get the box I want and help me with the better price. Joe didn’t leave me hanging after I ask for help for my purchase, Joe helped bring the mechanic tool box out to my truck and help me lift it, thank you both!”
“I always like wondering around habitat for building supplies I think little items are priced much better than larger items. I came looking for paint supplies and they had none. I ended up buying light switch covers 3 for a dollar, I also saw a Stackable dryer $900 and washer $700, both used but for those prices I would go to scratch and dent where they come with a warranty. Some items were very high other fairly cheap, but certainly worth a look.”
“I was looking for a specific drill bit. Website said they had it, but I had already been burned by that claim at a different retailer and I was under a time constraint. I called the store and the hardware associate is booked it up and went to check that it was there. I cery much appreciated the extra effort.”
“The automatic key cutter machine was different than I've use at other HDs, and there was no one available to help. Figured it out and even paid at the machine. Six dollars for a plain brass key is pretty expensive. And the decorative keys start at $9, far too expensive.”
