“I am writing this review about 5 years after we ordered our kitchen appliances through M&M. We bought a Cafe duel fuel 6 burner range with a professional hood and a Miele refrigerator. The service was excellent and installation was professional and easy to schedule. The prices were also surprisingly reasonable - a little bit more then we might have been able to find somewhere else, but the difference was well worth the service and the professional installation. The only reason this review is not 5 stars is that the reviews of the appliances on their website seem unreliable. We did not get a chance to write reviews of our purchases. So I am writing them here.

The Cafe range is my favorite non-living thing in our house. It performs impeccably. The oven maintains temperature really well. I rarely have to make any adjustments to baking time or temperature in any recipe I try. I would give it 5 stars (out of 5) enthusiastically.

The Miele refrigerator is a piece of crap. We thought this brand would be well engineered and dependable. The doors creak on the hinges and make some sort of dust. Immediately after it went off warranty, the refrigerator door seal became unreliable and we have to pay close attention to make sure the refrigerator door closes all the way. Then the icemaker broke. The service call was $250 and the repair estimate was $1100 on top of that. The part alone was $650. It might be cheaper just to buy a new refrigerator. It didn't even last 6 years. I would give it 2 stars (out of 5) because we did love it while it worked.”

“I had a great experience at this store because it is such an exciting place to hunt for amazing bargains and unique finds. The concept of daily deals and rotating stock means there is always something new to discover, and the prices are incredibly low compared to retail. I really liked how the store is organized into bins, which makes the shopping trip feel like a fun treasure hunt where you can find anything from electronics to home goods. The staff works hard to keep things moving and is helpful when you have questions about the daily pricing structure. It is a fantastic place to visit if you enjoy finding a great deal and want a high-energy shopping experience where you never know what gems you might uncover.”

I just purchased bathroom fixtures from the Springfield showroom which has an expansive display. Bernie is an exceptional salesperson!! He spent so much time explaining brand features and options and I am so appreciative.”

“I had to pick up a couple of new strands of Christmas lights cause good luck finding the bulb that doesn't work lol!Was happy to see they still actually had a large selection instead of being sold out like in recent years.Got two packages of lights, a new pot for my ever-growing, orchid, and a new cute little succulent. Literally, every employee I passed, said hello to me, had a big smile on the face and it was genuine and warm and welcoming. It was a really good vibe. Steven was my cashier and he was amazing! So friendly, helpful, and he also had a big warm smile on his face!”

“Unfortunately I would give this location a negative 1 star due to the fact they could not match the mulch that was on sale 5 for 10 (Virgo $2 a bag). I had two employees and a manger in customer said they could match that, for the brand they have now (Scott). But when I went to cashier to get the bags, cashier said I can’t do that, ask for a manger and this other manger that came said I can’t do. I live very close by and now I have drive out of my way to another store location that farther! They lie about there deals and are sneaky about sale prices with hiding them. So corporate will hear this manager that said we can’t do, picket location all store obey by it!

I had a great experience with two employees name Raphael and Joe (will correct the name if I’m wrong) for helping me get a mechanic tool box, they were both very patient and took the time to get things rights, I respect Raphael going out of his way to get the box I want and help me with the better price. Joe didn’t leave me hanging after I ask for help for my purchase, Joe helped bring the mechanic tool box out to my truck and help me lift it, thank you both!”

“Hi! I haven't been to a HD in a while, but knew this was one of the best run & well stocked from friends. Was in the neighborhood for another reason & needed Frost Covers for outside water connections, weather advisory. Stopped in on Saturday, super busy, but a fun energy, Holliday Decorations were out for Christmas- discounted early so snagged a few. Watched the little ones be so excited at the animated decorations moving & singing like being at Disney World. Garden Shop had great reductions on Flowers, so bought some season appropriate. Needed some brooms & floor cleaners, again great prices. Then the search began, Faucet Covers. Walked everywhere- no where in sight. Walked up front & a super helpful HD Employee walked up & said what do you need? I described - he says without missing a beat, back to the left, between aisles 38 & 39 in between on a display. I was skeptical but went anyway. Sure enough right where he says! Perfect experience great selection and even better prices. Thank you Biz!”

“I was looking for a specific drill bit. Website said they had it, but I had already been burned by that claim at a different retailer and I was under a time constraint. I called the store and the hardware associate is booked it up and went to check that it was there. I cery much appreciated the extra effort.”

“The automatic key cutter machine was different than I've use at other HDs, and there was no one available to help. Figured it out and even paid at the machine. Six dollars for a plain brass key is pretty expensive. And the decorative keys start at $9, far too expensive.”
