I can’t say enough about Ashley who works in print and marketing at this store. No matter who long the line is she makes everyone feel like they are a VIP. She is so polite, professional and courteous. She takes her time with each customer to get an understanding of what they need and than explains thoroughly what she can do so they are clear on the expectations. She is very knowledgeable of the paper selection to be able to provide the correct paper weight, etc for your project. I ordered a memorial poster and programs for the service. She took her time explaining how to lay out the program in order for me to get the exact look I was going for. Because of Ashley I will be a repeat customer at the Oxon Hill store for my print needs. No matter how busy she is, she never gets frazzled, she always remains calm and provides Gold Star customer service to each and every customer. Hands down she is a top-tier Customer Service Representative.”
