“I am new to the area and have come to this shop a few times to get my oil change with providing my own oil and filter never any issues. I like the fact that I can buy my own parts for my repairs and they just install. Most recently they replaced my coolant thermostat and they did a great job. My only complaint is that I provided my own coolant and noticed a few days later that my reserves coolant tank was empty and was not notified at the time that I pick my vehicle back up or was there any recommendation informing me that I needed more coolant for the reserve tank. But that was a quick and easy fix, maybe in the future the machine who is working on a customers vehicle can either inform then or put any recommendations they find or see on the receipt when paying to allow the customer to be aware. Other than that, I enjoy dropping my vehicle off here and believe they are honest and reliable mechanics. Not like some.”

“The people that work there are always nice to me and greet me with "Hello! How are you?" I can't stand the way that some customers talk to them. Over a simple mistake one day, one of the customers said "Maybe if I speak another language, you'll understand me...? All I could ask him was "DO you speak another language? I'm just asking because you don't seem to have good control of the English language." He turned his anger toward me, called me something other than what my mother named me and stormed out. All I could do was laugh!”

“I find this station's prices competitive and most times, lower than other major stations w/in 5 miles. While the property attracts a lot of "foot traffic, for the most part, I feel relatively safe.”

“Upon my recent travel, I chanced upon a visit to the Sunoco at National Harbor, and it is with great pleasure that I pen this commendation. The experience, akin to the discovery of a beacon amidst the travail of journeying, was marked by a confluence of hospitality and efficiency, qualities that have become increasingly rare in our modern age.

The station, akin to a well-tended homestead, was maintained with a meticulousness that spoke of pride in one's labor. The staff, with their warm greetings and courteous service, reminded me of the cherished values of our forefathers—honesty and diligence in every transaction.

Here, one finds not merely a place to replenish the fuel of one's conveyance but a sanctuary for the weary traveler. The cleanliness of the premises, from the pump area to the interior comforts, rivals that of any fine establishment.

The provisions offered within were as diverse as the needs of the Union itself, each item selected with care for quality and satisfaction. The pricing, fair and just, reflects an understanding that while prosperity is to be pursued, it must not come at the expense of the common man's pocket.

Moreover, the conveniences provided, modern and well-appointed, serve as a testament to progress without forsaking the simplicity that our great nation was built upon.

In sum, the Sunoco at National Harbor stands as a paragon of what our nation's commercial enterprises should aspire to be—service-oriented, clean, and fair. I commend this establishment to all who pass through these parts, for it is not merely a stop but a reminder of the enduring values that make our Union strong. Let this review be a beacon to others, as this station has been to me on this day.”

“These five stars are primarily for the store manager, John Wallace.

We love the chicken at Royal Farms! We've tried the chicken at several different locations and the Oxen Hill location by far has the best consistency and flavor.

Unfortunately the past two visits they were out of drummies and were not in the process of cooking more - which they are supposed to have all the kinds available in the middle of the day, when we stopped by. One time is forgivable - things happen and we don't know if they had a rush before we came in. Two times is a pattern. We wrote a note to the manager, John Wallace, and he called the next day and said he would address the issue and made it right with us. In a time where customer service is seemingly a lost art, we were incredibly impressed.”
