My vehicle was running rough and check engine light was flashing, I got diagnosed from autozone and was told needed a tune up but brought to Malik and was told that had a large vacuum leak at PCV hose and intake boot. Told him to repair temporary due to fund issue. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP.”

“Not a cloth car wash, but rather it is a rubber/plastic composite - see photos. This, along with the chemicals used, likely beats off and strips the wax from my car. Unfortunately I just had it waxed last month. But to get dirt off, and you don't care about the loss of shine, then four stars. Better if it were the winter and my car was covered in salt and grime for this kind of wash.”

“I know what you're thinking. "There goes Martin reviewing something stupid like a gas station again." But before you pass judgment on me, consider the following: This gas station is also a hydrogen fueling station for god damned hydrogen cars. If you're a geek or a gearhead like me then you should think that's pretty flippin' awesome! Otherwise, it's a very well-lit gas station with a lot of pumps. Not much else to be said really. Despite being so awesome as to have a hydrogen pump, you're still gonna be paying an arm and a leg for gas.”

“A shout-out to the polite and efficient mechanic Carlos at this conveniently located Shell service station on Georgia Avenue in Brightwood. I popped in with 0% oil level , worried that my engine was about to fry , and he checked the level and assured me I still had quite a few miles left if I couldn’t do it that day. And then he offered to do the oil change with no wait and it only took about 15 minutes. It made all the difference between continuing as planned with my important errands for the day, or killing the day all together for the usual two hour wait at the dealership. The price was completely comparable to anywhere else. Thanks Carlos!”

“Mechanic Review - These guys are top-notch. For over 5 years, I brought two vehicles (Infiniti/Jaguar) to Johnny and his team, and they consistently delivered. Whether it was a quick fix to tighten up a loose screw, an oil change, detailed maintenance to rectify wild shaking, fender bender , or who knows what else can destroy a car in a city with so many bad roads - I always knew my car was in great hands. Any work done was provided a quote in a timely manner, and anything done was always explained to me in detail, and in layman's terms so I could actually understand the issue. When recommending this place to friends, they recounted similar experiences of ease. Any time I needed something done with my car, this place took care of it. Please note that they also have a body-shop down the street in Hyattsville, and we're able to match the paint exactly in order to have the vehicle looking sparkling - they really can do it all!”

“This Exxon gas station is a solid choice. Even though it only has eight pumps, I’ve never had trouble pulling in and getting gas right away. The prices are on par with other stations in the area, so nothing out of the ordinary there.
They have an on-site car wash, though I haven’t used it myself. There are also vacuums available, but unfortunately, they seem to be broken every time I’ve checked. Inside the convenience store, you’ll find a decent selection of snacks, drinks, and more. They also have an Amazon locker, which is a nice perk if you need to pick up a package. For those who are into lottery tickets, they offer a wide range, including scratch-offs.
Additionally, there’s an ATM and even a Bitcoin machine, which is pretty cool. Overall, it’s a convenient and well-equipped stop for gas and more.”
